When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. View Shipping Options & Rates (link to this page) for more details. Teavana.com makes every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service.

Does Teavana.com service international destinations?

Yes. We ship International through U.S.P.S. Shipping rates start at $6.25 depending on destination and weight of your order.  Currently, Teavana.com ships to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, and certain U.S. Territories and Protectorates addresses only, including Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?

We offer multiple shipping methods for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. In addition, we ship to certain other United States Territories and Protectorates, including Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. Our Shipping Options & Rates page outlines our estimated shipping times and costs for the 50 United States only. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.

What if I have an APO or FPO address?

One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed on our Shipping Options & Rates (link to Shipping rates) page. Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes up to 4–6 weeks for delivery. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.

Special rush requests may be accommodated when possible. To place a special order request, please call us us toll-free at 1-877-832-8262. Our Customer Service Team hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 8 pm EST and Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm EST (Sorry closed Sunday).

How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?

Every time you place an order, you'll receive an email from us notifying you of its status. The shipment confirmation email will include a link to track the shipment. You may also log into My Account (link to my account page) and select order history, then click on an order number to view tracking information for that order. You may also select Order status (link to order status) the bottom of every page of this website.

Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?

No.  Teavana.com uses a variety of carrier services to deliver packages, including UPS, Federal Express, and the U.S. Postal Service. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected (Standard, Two-Day or Next Day), destination (shipping address), and the size of your order. We will select the best carrier to keep the shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

When available, what are the terms and conditions of Free Shipping Offers?

Free shipping may be available with certain offers and promotions. Free Shipping Offers apply to Standard Shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), APO/FPO and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately other U.S. Territories and Protectorates are usually exempt from Free Shipping Offers. Your Free Shipping discount will appear on your receipt review page. Free Shipping Offers cannot be combined with other special offers, including affiliate site offers, rebates or miles. Terms are subject to change. Some products will be excluded from free shipping promotions.

How do I receive Free Shipping Offers and other promotions?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available for all orders and may be selected during checkout for a minimal fee. Gift cards are complimentary.

 

How can I order my tea in the Teavana tin?

All teas are shipped in aroma-tight sealed 2-oz portions in our Teavana bags. The Teavana tins are sold separately. Please note that the stickers on the tea bags are removable and can easily be transferred to the tins.

 

How is the tea packaged?

All teas are shipped in aroma-tight sealed 2-oz portions in our Teavana bags. The bags are equipped with a zip lock for easy re-sealing.

 

How can I order teas to be mixed together?

Since all teas are individually packed we are unable to do this, but you can mix them yourself once the tea arrives.
