I normally don't like flavored teas - they're usually way too strong and the fruity ones taste slightly medicinal to me. But I freaking love Pear Luna!
It's a little tricky to steep - I usually have my H20 heater set at 195 degrees, so I toss in a good sized ice-cube and steep for 90 seconds and it turns out perfect. If you boil your water, try two or three cubes. The fruit flavors are not over-powering; more light and soothing. I feel very chill, very zen, after curling up wit a big cup of Luna.
I like to drink this one at night, but I'm highly caffienated all day, so the small amount of caffiene in white teas doesn't really have much effect on me.

I bought this for my mother and she hated it. The first time I made this I thought it would be good as an iced tea. Wrong. We were looking for something that wouldn't need any/a lot of sugar. I brewed this following the instructions, and while I think I may have slightly overdone the first batch, the second should have been perfect. It smells odd in the container and it tastes bitter, like chemicals and just plain wrong. And I LOVE fruity teas. I've tried it hot, I've mixed this with Rooibos Tropica, white teas, green teas ... nothing seems to help. I am forcing the rest of this down because I hate to waste it. I have been putting small amounts with other teas. No one in my house wants it!!!

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
Pear Luna is great for nighttime because of the chamomile but it's pretty weak when using the recommended amounts, and it doesn't really taste like pear very much. My money goes to Anjou Pear-adise when I'm looking for that pear flavor.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
I agree with the reviewer who said this tea tastes like a mild white wine. It has a very unique flavor that I find really soothing and delicious. It is my favorite tea now; I consider it an investment since it is pricier than any tea I've purchased in the past. I also like that is light in color when it is brewed because it doesn't discolor my teeth like darker colored teas do.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
This is my new staple! Absolutely perfect for before bedtime. It's fruity but not overly so with the pear, chamomile and white tea balancing and complimenting each other so very well. Sweeten generously to really make the flavors pop.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
The first drink of this tea had a pretty weak flavor, then the rest of the cup tasted like I was drinking hot water, not tea. It smells good, but it is very weak. I mixed with Pear Lemon Panache and it had more flavor, but by itself this tea lacked the flavor I had hoped for. I used more tea than it called for- 4 teaspoons for about 12 oz of water and steeped it at 175 deg for 2 mins.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
Pear luna is my all-time favorite tea. It is wonderful iced. In fact, I often think of it as an alternative to a nice dry white wine! The trick with pear luna is to not use too much tea, make sure the water isn't too hot, and don't steep for too long. I found a neat trick of putting an ice cube in the strainer cup when I pour the tea in to keep the water from being too hot. I steep for exactly 2 minutes, no longer. The effort it takes to perfect this cup of tea is well worth it. It's heavenly.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
I was in search of a tea that would provide a relaxing calm, something I could feel nice and cozy with during the stressful moments, the moments where I have a moment or for use as an after work unwind; I walked in the store and was introduced to "Pear Luna".
Pear Luna has an overwhelming yet pleasing sweet smell as soon as it is unveiled and with a little German Rock sugar, the comfort of chamomile and the scent of peach hits the palate at an instance.
I have found serenity in Pear Luna.

Comments about Teavana Pear Luna™ White Tea:
I have a hard time falling asleep and was looking for a light tea that would relax me before bedtime. I really like Pear Luna although it's my first 'relaxing' tea. You just have to be very careful not to steep in too hot of water or it can be bitter. It's delicious if brewed correctly.
