I am in love with all things açaí.
This beautiful balance of berries and light, crisp white tea is a tea lover's dream come true. It is a must try, you'll be hooked. Just be sure to brew it for the intended time and temperature, lest you ruin a perfect cup and end up with a bitter tea. The aroma upon opening the canister is intoxicating. I am off to the tea kettle now!

I prefer this tea more as an add-on than by itself because it is quite strong for my tastes. The berries are high quality and have a very solid taste, but need a decent amount of sugar to keep the sour flavor down.
I wish I could taste the tea more, but it is white tea, so it's to be expected. I like to add this to Gyokuro that's already been steeped once. Gyokuro will gladly take over any tea.
I drink it when I want something nice and sweet. It's better iced than hot, but works either way. Most refreshing in the supper time.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
The first cup I made was so bitter that I had to throw it out, even with added honey (not something I usually do). I thought that I brewed it too long, but no luck. Even brewed at exact temperature for the minimum suggested time, the flavor that comes through is spoiled. It is so bad I'm wondering if something is wrong with what I was sent!

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
I've been trying to drink more tea but tend to be picky. I really enjoyed this, though, and have repurchased it several times off another site, where they also sell it. It's fruity enough for me but without being all fruit and nothing else. The white tea added is lovely, and the smell is like a small slice of heaven. Even my partner, who usually dislikes any kind of tea, enjoys a cup of this now and then. I definitely recommend not oversteeping or making the temp too hot, as it definitely becomes too bitter. It takes practice getting the hang of it. I also enjoy mixing this with their Blueberry Bliss. It's not the top-fave, but definitely top-ranking so far. I just wish the artificial flavoring wasn't there, but it's not too detectable. I also wish the price were a bit lower, which seems to have gone up since the last purchase by a couple of dollars. Because of the price hike and the lack of contents in my wallet, I may have to reconsider the next purchase and move onto something less expensive.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
I have tried this tea several times, I have tried different lengths of time for brewing and amounts of tea I use to brew. It is the most bitter undrinkable tea I have drank. I wish I could like it, because it smells so wonderful, but good it is not- unfortunately.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
I was absolutely disgusted with this tea. My friend and I actually steeped it at different intervals; 30 secs, 1 min, 2 min, 3 mins. At 3 minutes, it was really strong, tasted like meat and was just not refreshing at all. We both had to drink something else right away to get the awful taste out of our mouthes. The 30 second one was weak and not as bad as 3 minutes. I don't think I'll be drinking it again, though. I actually gave my 50 grams away.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
This is hands down the very best tea I have ever had! Even the aroma is a dead giveaway of the strong, fruity, and very sweet tea's taste. I'm a college student and I recommend this tea to all of my friends, even though it lacks the caffeine of coffee, the sweetness of it is enough to keep any night owl awake (especially if it's iced and mixed with Pineapple Kona Pop).

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
I really, really love this tea. I am amazed at some of the negative reviews for this blend. I always sweeten my tea with Truvia (sweet tea is a Southern thing) so I wonder of the bitter taste happens if you don't sweeten it. I taste the blueberry and the acai but didn't notice the currants. The aroma is intoxicating and the color is beautiful. Drink this is a clear mug so you can enjoy the color as well as the taste and aroma.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
The acai really comes through in this tea, and you catch subtle notes of the blueberries and grapes as well. It is very good blended with some of the other fruity green or white teas; a personal favorite is with the new Sakura Allure.

Comments about Teavana Imperial Acai Blueberry White Tea:
I tried an acai berry tea somewhere else and loved it. So I decided I'd try this tea and see how it compared. I absolutely hated it. It wasn't undrinkable, but it definitely wasn't something that I enjoyed. It was very bitter and the after taste was horrible. They brewed me a cup in the store so I'm assuming it was brewed correctly. I love black teas so maybe this just wasn't for me. If you don't like medicinal flavored teas I'd stay away from this one.
