Earl Grey just sounds so stuffy, so I avoided this tea for a long time. WHY?! I've seriously been missing out on this delicate, soothing, cup of exquisite-smelling tea. Granted, if I didn't work at Teavana and didn't make tea for a living, I know for a fact I'd burn the living tar out of it. I must say, I've burnt more Earl Grey White than any other tea. For some reason, it is extremely quick to get bitter, so if you don't like that, be extremely careful- make sure the water is 175 degrees MAX (I add an ice cube even to that)and be careful that you don't steep it for a single second longer than 2 minutes (Tip- your tea is still steeping when you are draining it, so start draining it before the timer goes off).

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
I simply love this tea! I prefer to drink it on weekend afternoons while reading, watching a movie or spending time catching up on my e-mails. I have it on its own or I blend with Honeybush vanilla, adding just a touch of german rock sugar - perfect combo!

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
I am a regular early grey drinker. I have tried many types of teas from rooibos too white to green. At this point I just drink what I enjoy, Earl Grey. White Earl Grey is an Oxymoron. If you're an Earl Grey drinker looking for a low-caf variant, don't dissappoint yourself with this one. Try the Frutto Bianco Pearls White which at least has some flavor.

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
I love the smell of Earl Grey, but not the taste or caffeine content of black tea. This has the smell and a wonderful taste, plus the health benefits of white tea.

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
After decades of being an Earl Gray Black drinker, I eased into Earl Gray Green (Taylors) and now over to loose white. This tea is my go to morning choice. Sometimes I may add a pinch of the Earl Gray Black to the 2nd cup for variety. It can get bitter from oversteeping and I suggest you try 3-4 minutes- 5 is almost always too long.

Went in for the more traditional Earl Grey Black and the staff convinced me to try the White. Very nice light tea great for an evening cup.

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
I was a little hesitant to purchase this tea after reading some of the reviews. I'm glad I did purchase it, however. Teavana's White Earl Grey is the best I've ever tasted! (It's perfect if you brew it properly.) Great job Teavana!

Comments about Teavana Earl Grey White Tea:
I brewed my first pot of this at the recommended strength, and found the bergamot to be too overpowering. The second time around, I used slightly less (4 tbsp of tea for three cups, instead of 4.5), which was tolerable, but still not something that I would want to revisit.
Teavana, I think you should cut down on the bergamot, at least by 25% or so. The essence ought to compliment the flavor of the tea, not smother it.
