After reading the description and reviews on this tea several times and noticing that this is probably the highest-rated tea on the site, I gave in and bought two ounces. I love it. It really does resemble a nice wine; I enjoyed a cup on New Year's Eve. Unfortunatly small bits leak out of my tea basket strainer and can make this tea very bitter, especially if I'm pouring the last of the pot. But overall, one of the best teas I've tried, with or without sweetener (I like mine with a little Agave nectar); I even devoted an entire blog post about it on my blog, Rants.Bits.Tea (www.rantsbitstea.wordpress.com). Don't ever get rid of this tea, Teavana!

I really don't like this tea. In the store, I was sort of on a buying kick, and was ready to buy anything they showed me… bad idea. Because when I came home with ~3oz of this, and tried brewing it, it just wasn't my thing.
It's sort of a strange combination. I've had grape-scented tea from a different retailer which I LOVED, so I figured this would be a similar tea which would be easier to come across. Wrong. I find it's a little too heavy, a little too dark. I find that the white tea completely overwhelms the fruit, unless I add a lot of sugar, in which case it's too sweet.

I'll drink this, but I'm not buying it again. I'm glad I only have ~2mugs/1pot of tea left.

I used to love the smell of this tea. Not so much the taste but the smell was lovely. It seems as though Teavana has changed this tea. It doesn't smell the same and I just don't like it anymore.

After hearing great things about this tea, I just had to try it. I was incredibly disappointed.
In the tin, the aroma is delightful. Fruity and fresh, I thought it would be a winner.
It had almost no flavor in the initial sips and it had a medicinal aftertaste that reminded my of children's Tylenol. It was an artificial grape flavor I could barely stomach.
Sadly, this tea was not at all what I expected it to be.

After taking notice of how highly rated this tea is, I just had to try it. This was my first white tea, so I was somewhat surprised by how light it was. That aside, this tea is awesome. It tastes like white grape juice, but better. You can taste the pineapple fairly well, also. I've had a few teas from Teavana so far, and I'm sure this is my new favorite. I would recommend this tea to anyone. No one should miss out on it, not even my enemies (haha).

This tea is exquisite! Wonderful replacement for wine. Have a glass and curl up with a book or a loved one. Perfect with Silver Needle or Golden Monkey if you need a pick me up. Please, please never discontinue this tea. Love in a teacup!

This tea is very good, don't get me wrong. It brewed a much darker yellow color than pictured. It has a wonderful grape aroma and flavor that keeps me drinking cup after cup. I will most likely not purchase this tea again though, due to the price. It's a very fancy, high quality tea but I feel it's not worth the price. It is delicious though.

So I'm pretty new to loose-leaf teas (I've only been brewing them for a month or two), and this was my very first white tea. I was encouraged to get this blend specifically by all the amazing reviews, and a very helpful Teavana employee.
I've got to say, I do not regret buying it, despite the price tag. The aroma hits you the moment you open the tin (I was tempted to leave some out to freshen up the apartment). It's very naturally sweet, I hardly have to add any sugar! I prefer it iced but really, it's delicious hot or cold. The one downside is that I keep eating the figs and pineapple right out of the mix.

With just a little bit of sugar, this does taste like a white wine. I wish it were a bit stronger, but I've been compensating by using extra leaves than what is called for. Overall, a really fantastic tea!

I didn't purchase this tea when it was 1 st released. One reason being, that I have to shop online. It's 41/2 hours to the nearest Teavana. Needless to say, I go nuts when I make it to an actual store! The discriptiion was a little too strange for me when blindly( without smelling or seeing) purchasing tea. At my last trip to Teavana the sales associate recommended it. I wasn't too intrigued with the smell, but said sure.. Give me 2oz. I'm glad I did!! It is light and flavorful ! I treat myself to this tea on Sunday mornings. It does have similar flavor notes as wine but it's super smooth! I loves it!
