Antioxidant Teas and Cancer
Studies show that teas that are good sources of antioxidants, particularly polyphenols, may help impede the growth of certain cancers.
Polyphenols combine with free radicals at the cellular level to prevent them from damaging cells and, in the worst case, becoming cancerous.
The teas listed below are good sources of these particular antioxidants and, best of all, each one is delicious! Other White teas or Green teas are good substitutes.
