Cranberry Singapore Sling Rooibos Tea

I can see where everyone is mentioning the smell/taste of medicine, but in the dead of winter when you are feeling maybe not your best, this could be just what you need to soothe and remedy, without actually having to suck on a cough drop. I agree that the cherry taste/smell overpowers the cranberry, but even as someone who hates cherry flavored anything, I am enjoying this tea. My advice is to try to sample before you buy it if you can, and decide for yourself if you like it.

I really wanted to love this tea--it smells SO good--but it really tastes ODD. I couldn't put my finger on what the flavor was (licorice or menthol?), so I googled the tea. Cherry Hals sums it up PERFECTLY. All in all, it is not horrible, but it is very off putting to be expecting cranberry or vanilla & to get Hals medicated lozenges. I wouldn't waste my money on this product.

I don't understand the comments that say this has a medicinal taste. I have had this now for a couple of days and there is nothing medicinal about it. It is very refreshing and soothing. The cranberries in the tea are a bonus!

I am a HUGE fan of Teavana Tea! I have been drinking tea from this company for about 3 years! I have tried like 40 different teas. More than half of the teas happened to be fruity teas. I have got to say this, in my personal opinion, this is the BEST fruity tea that I have ever tried not only fruity teas from Teavana, but fruity teas from different companies! Some people in the reviews mentioned that this tea smelt and tasted like cough syrup. I have recently purchased 8oz of this tea and already have used more than half of it and it has NOT tasted like cough syrup to me! This tea has a GREAT aroma! You can smell the rich cranberies, pineapple, orange, cherry,lemon, juniper berries, and you can definitely smell the hint of rich and creamy
Madagascar vanilla! The taste of this tea is absolutly OUT OF THIS WORLD! It is EXTREMELY GOOD! I don't know how some people do not like this tea! This tea is FANTASTIC nothing less! This is probably the 3rd BEST tea that I have ever had!

Artificial, sickening medicinal taste. There is NOTHING cranberry about this tea. Even my teenage daughter who likes cherry flavoring said this tea is gross and tastes just like cough syrup.

I love this time of year, when I get to go to Teavana and, frankly, go a little crazy with the new blends! Cranberry Singapore Sling has a unique profile that stood up to four cups over the course of an evening, and I never tired of it. It's fruity, as a good alcoholic Sling would be, without the calories and the sin! Highly recommended.

I really enjoy iced tea mid afternoon and decided to try this tea in place of a couple others I brew daily. Specifically, I brew teas like Raspberry Riot and Blueberry Bliss and serve over ice with a little rock sugar. I really liked the warm aroma of the tea when visiting a store. After having this tea over ice the past few days I find that the hint of cinnamon seems to overpower the other flavors of cherry and cranberry. It is still enjoyable but is not as refreshing as the other berry flavored teas I usually prepare.

I have to say that this tea is on the top of my list right now. Even my husband drinks it. (and believe me he is no tea drinker)

This tea smells delish in the tin and when it steeps you still smell the combination of fruit and spice. It actually scents the main floor of my house when I am steeping it.

The tea itself is a combination of cranberry, cherry, pineapple and orange with Madascar Vanilla.

If you love the taste of fruity teas this one is for you. It has a strong flavour. You really taste the cranberry's in it. No need to sweeten it. It is sweet enough on its own. (at least for me it is). I cannot wait to try this steeped cold. It is caffeine free.

This is a tea I will definitely be keeping stock of and will become my go to tea for a little pick me up!

There is something very off putting about this tea. As soon as I opened the package I was hit with a strong artificial medicinal smell. It was overpowering! I brewed up a cup, hoping it would taste better than it smelled. Unfortunately it didn't. It tasted almost exactly like a melted cherry cough drop. Not very pleasant. There were some good fruity notes, but they were overwhelmed by the medicinal flavor. I adore Teavana, but this particular tea needs some more work.

I ordered this tea because I love cranberry/orange anything. This tea smells quite weird, actually a lot like cough syrup, but I tried it anyway. It was delicious!!! I am quite surprised by how much I like it. It is so delicious and very flavorful.
