I wasn't to sure how it would come out at first. I used one and a half teaspoons instead of one and 2 teaspoons of the German Rock Sugar, brewed for 3 minutes. It came out just like it smells <3 HEAVEN!!!!

This is a bright, fruity tea with strong citrus notes. The Wulong Oolong nestles neatly between the orange and the other herbal flavours.
I find that I have to use a little more tea and leave it to steep for longer than other teas for the full palate and aroma to come through. The same tea can be resteeped afterwards, but it is then very weak - not really recommended.
On the whole though, I do like this tea. I like to drink it when I need to chill out, like at the end of a long day at work, or to relax at the weekends. Works equally well as a nice tea after dinner.

The meaning of my title is that if I had to choose only one tea to be stranded on a desert island with...this would be the one. It's clearly the best tea of it's kind that I have ever had. Light and citrus taste with a really punch of warm, wild orange aroma.
I would be happy to drink it any time. Okay..it's a little expensive to my mind, but not as pricey as some and worth the indulgence.

I heard about this website from a regular i see at the coffee shop i work at, she told me all about these wonderful teas and i was just so curious i came on here and started looking at the huge choice selection. I was so happy to see different orange flavored teas, and i believe this one is the best base flavor to mix with anything. I use it at work allot of the time but i add chamomile lemon tea and it always comes out nicely, the only downfall is i like my tea really strong and this one takes a little more of the tea to get the desired flavor.

I tried some of thie tea in the store, and loved it! So I came back and bought some for myself. It's not really oolong-y, but I don't mind because it tastes amazing! Perfect amount of orange flavor. Tastes great iced. I'll be going back soon to buy more!

I have read some reviews on here that are negative in regards to the oolong and oolong content. I have to say that it must have been a bad batch or batches because my batch has beautiful, full rolled leaves of delicious oolong in perfect quantity and ratio to the orange and spices mixed into the blend. This is one of the teas that has a permanent tin on my tea shelf and is refreshed with 3-4 ounces at a time quite regularly. This tea is full of the energy of the orient. I use a little rock sugar to bring out the orange flavor even more, but not too much as this is already a pretty sweet and complex brew.

Very disappointed with this oolong. I have tried others from Teavana and this was the first to let me down. It's almost as if the oolong leaves don't do anything. I taste and smell no oolong. I've had their orange herbal tea before and this is pretty much that. I don't add sweeteners to my tea because I like to taste the rawness of the tea it's self and all I taste is flavor aside from the tea. I tried using less of the fruity and more of the leaves and still no success. For some reason the oolong leaves in this batch are almost useless. I recommend monkey picked, anjou pear-adise oolong, jasmine oolong, or many of the others they offer.

I was excited to try this new tea, as oolong is my favorite, I bought 4 oz right off the bat. When I got home, I prepared to brew my first cup. I noticed there wasn't much oolong in there & was about to add more, but decided to try it as is. I was right, there wasn't enough oolong in the mix, it didn't have much of an oolong taste. With that said, the orange flavor was just right, not overly strong. My next cup, I added some plain oolong to resteep, that was much better.

I love this tea, and so has everyone else I have shared it with. It's a sweet tea with some body. I haven't had to use any sweetners with this one, nor do I want to.
On the downside, I don't recommend reusing this tea. It turns out weak or bitter.
