I discovered Teavana one day when I was at the mall. I am so glad I did. I found this tea because I was looking for a tea that curved my appetite and helped with my metabolism and weight loss. This tea did all that! When I have a craving for something chocolaty or sweet I go for this. The flavor reminds me of a cinnamon chocolaty nutty desert. I can't get enough. I have already lost weight on this tea. If you like nutty sweet deserts then you would like this tea. This is by far, my favorite Teavana tea.

Let me start by asking Teavana to please bring back Formosa Nut Oolong. [...] This was recommended. It's not the same. It smells nutty and delicious in the bag. The first time I brewed it as per directions with my fancy devices and with 1 teaspoon sugar I had a hard time drinking it, it was medicine-ey. That's the only way I can say it. It was a nutty sweet flavor with a strong overtone of yukky medicine. The second time I brewed it I was sloppy about it since I gave up, instead of boiling the water in my stainless steel pot for just the right time...I popped it in the microwave for 2 minutes in a plastic cup. I then transferred it to my clear glass teapot with a filter for brewing, and added a sloppy overflowing teaspoon of tea and a couple sloppy overflowing teaspoons of organic sugar. This time it came out good. I think this is what it was meant to taste like so I will just overdo it on the tea and sugar in the future. That way I won't have to haul all the way back to the store and break my head trying to figure out which other oolong to get.I LOVE teavana and have been very very pleased with many of their teas. This was the first tea I would say was bad at first. I was prepared to choke it down the second time or buy something to blend it with or even return it, but I'm glad extra tea and sugar saved it. I might have even brewed it longer the second time since I didnt' care to rush over to it when the timer went off. Maybe this tea is better treated carelessly. Kind of like some people you date.

Okay So I have absolutely no idea where all these negative reviews are coming from! This tea is amazing!!! It has a nice spicy flavor and its very smooth. I think what I taste the most is cinnimon. There is this other spice taste but I can't put my finger on it. I just really like this tea! I wanted to order it online originally but after reading the views I was a bit unsure, so I decided to go to the store and see it for myself. The aroma of the tea simply captured me! Its such a nutty sweet spice filled aroma I fell in love with just the smell. I came home and I tried it and it instantly became one of my all time favorites! The only bad thing i can say is that I don't reall taste the Nuttyness. But still the tea is amazing so is the price!I don't exactly brew the teas according to the teavana directions. I set the water to boil and when the water is about to boil probably around 3mins or so I add in the tea and I wait for the water to start boiling. After about a minute of boiling I turn off the fire and let the leaves seep alittle longer for the disired taste. As a side note this tea has never turned bitter for me!! :]

When I purchased this tea, I immediately could tell by the smell that this tea would blend well with my FAVROITE tea which is the CocoCaramel Sea Salt. I had about 12oz of CocoCaramel Sea Salt left so I decided that I would purchase 4oz of this tea in case I wanted to blend it with the CocoCaramel Sea Salt. When I got home, I brewed myself a cup of this tea by itself. It was a GREAT taste! You could taste the nuts (almonds, coconuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts) the sweet papaya, apple, and pineapple. You can taste a hint of spice from the cinnamon and ginger. This tea tastes GREAT by itself however, blending this with the CocoCaramel Sea Salt is out of this world! Its SO GOOD! If you happen to purchase the Toasted Nut Brulee or the Cococaramel Sea Salt and do not like the taste, I would WITHOUT A DOUBT recommend blending them two together!

This tea is good!. The first time I had it I wasn't too impressed, so I didn't brew myself another cup for several months. The other day when I was trying to decide which tea I was in the mood for I decided to give it another try. It just sounded good to me at the moment. I'm so glad I did because it was so good! I remember it being weak when I made it the first time, so I added an extra 1/2 teaspoon and stepped for the recommended 3 minutes. All I have to say is yum! It is warm, soothing, and tastes like cinnamon sugar with a nice nutty quality. Delicious! I actually found myself craving it at work a couple days ago, totally out of the blue, and could not wait to get home to brew myself a cup. It's a great tea to unwind with. It's delightful! The one thing I do notice though is that it is marketed as an oolong, and although oolong tea is listed as the number one ingredient on the list I see way more rooibos in the mix (rooibos is the third ingredient listed). No biggie to me, I like rooibos too, but I do find it odd.

I was excited to try this tea - since i love finding nut flavoured teas - but there is no nut flavour to this whatsoever. It tastes like an apple cinnamon tea - and is a bit sour and bitter. Very disappointing

This tea smells amazing. Warm. Delicious. Just so tempting. It's like winter in a cup. Bought a little bit, got home, brewed it up aaaaannddd was disappointed. To me, it tastes like cinnamon. JUST cinnamon. Can't pick up another note. On the plus side, it did clear my stuffy nose.

I was very excited to try this tea, because the title made it sound so yummy and the smell was incredible. However, when you brew this tea all the yummy smells go away and all you're left with is an incredibly overpowering smell and taste of plain Oolong. I don't taste any difference between this tea and Monkey Picked and when you sweeten it, it taste worse. Not a fan.

I love when we get our first cold snap. It's says it's time for relaxing walks, knitting by the fire, reading cozy mysteries, and now, this tea is part of that magical fall time for me.
I think a lot of my attraction is the hazelnut, it adds warmth to the spicy flavor.

At first, I was given this tea on accident. The woman gave me this instead of another one I ordered, but I didn't want to point out her mistake. In the end, I liked it more than the tea I ordered.

I have only been drinking loose leaf tea for about a year. The first tea I tried was some kind of white tea, I blieve. For me it wasn't strong enough. I just recently bought 2oz of this tea, and I couldn't be more thrilled. In fact, I'm buying 4 more ounces soon.
This tea has a very very good flavor, and it smells wonderful. Granted, I like a very strong tea, so I sometimes add a little extra tea, and seap it for longer, but even when made as directed this tea is very good.
