I originally bought it along with some Samurai Chai Mate, and I found the combination a little too bitter for my liking. By itself, however, it is fantastic. I love the darker color, the fruity notes and its overall medium body. To be sure, I brew this tea with a little bit of the German Rock Sugar, but I don't add any more once it's strained out into my mug. Aside from that hint, I follow the recommended directions - 1 tsp in 195F water for 3 minutes. I also admit to loving watching the leaves unfurl and stretch out as the tea brews.
I always start off with 2oz of a new tea just in case, but I will definitely be going back to top this canister off the next time I'm in the shop.

I wanted to like this tea. All the elements were there. The oolong, the rooibos, the pumpkin and cloves, and the tropical fruits... And maybe that's the problem. There's TOO much going on here. Specifically, I think the candied fruits overwhelm everything else. I would never know this was an oolong unless I read it on the container. It smelled like perfume, and tasted like it too. I couldn't even stand to be near the mug after my first sip. The smell was just too much! If you want a great oolong, splurge and get yourself some Six Summits.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I don't like pumpkin, so I didn't expect to like this one, but it tastes like fall in a cup. I find it great for a lazy weekend morning or an afternoon curled up with a good book. It's warm and comforting.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I tried this once a few months ago and didnt care for it that much except with a few teas that I dont like anymore. I went to the mall yesterday and tried it again mixed with the Maharaja Chai Oolong...I have a new favorite. I've been craving pumpkin lately and this is the perfect thing to keep me from eating all the sugary pumpkin stuff that I could be eating! Totally worth the money to get those two mixed. Expensive...but worth it.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I am drinking this tea right now! I love it. The weather is just turning cold and getting into the fall season. I like more sweet teas so I add a little honey and the rock sugar. Its perfect for sitting on the porch on a cool night.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I thought this tea would be a perfect transition to fall tea with hints of pumpkin, papya and peach. I like strong teas, I like spicy teas, I like unique flavors. I don't usually add sugar unless it's a after dinner tea. This tea left a bitter taste in my mouth for far too long. I added milk and sugar and it tasted even worse. I wanted this tea to be mind blowing, but it wasn't. I may try mixing it with something with some coconut or my Thai tea, hoping it might balance the flavors out.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
This is my favorite afternoon tea for "tea-time" (4:00 PM) and is excellent with cookies/cake.
It is good by itself but GREAT blended with Earl Grey or English Breakfast. TRY IT!! It smells and tastes GREAT. I take it with no sugar and it is naturally sweet. Very relaxing, too.
This is the tea that my co-workers always ask for as well whenever they stop in for tea.
We work for the military in Afghanistan where I have picked up some bad habits. I was an occasional cigar/pipe smoker and this is the blend that helped wean me away from it. Ordering more for our "tea-club" today. This is one habit that is good for you; I'm not giving it up.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I Like drinking this tea after a long day at work and after a nice shower. It is very relaxing and has a nice scent to it, the taste makes you feel like it is Fall, but it wouldn't hurt if you add a little bit of sugar to it.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I used my perfect tea maker by teavana to brew this my first batch. I would definitely recommend double brewing this tea as i find it a little weak, but i like my tea strong. I drink this tea anytime but mainly before meals. Very, very strong and intoxicating aroma, along with a great flavor. Well worth the money.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
a week ago i finally came up with the nerve to buy teas at teavana, i was always hesitant because i'm not really a tea drinker but teavana is helping to change that and i was thrown off by the expensive pots and such. so i finally went in bought the thermometer and the mesh strainer that goes in the mug. Anyways one of the blends i bought was the oolong sweet rev. i never had it by it self but let me tell you blended with haute chocolate and toasted nut brulee it is heavenly in the morning i add a tsp of the chai/chai mix as well sometimes it's can't miss mix. ... tomorrow monring i'm trying it with some honeybush instead of the chai chai can't wait.

Comments about Teavana Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea:
I wanted to like this tea. I love pumpkin and nutty, spicy flavors and I love fall, which is when I purchased this tea. The problem with this tea is that it is aromatic. The smell was so potent the first time I made it that it almost made me sick. I could not finish the cup and now I cannot bear to open the sack to make anymore. This is the first Teavana tea that I simply cannot drink. Needless to say, I will not purchase this tea again. I'm sad it didn't work out between this tea and me, but I'm sure that there is a tea out there for me somewhere ;)
Reviews are highly subjective and one person's favorite tea may be another person's least. I tend to like light, fruity, sweet white teas or herbal infusions as well as the occasional green tea as long as it's not too earthy or vegetal tasting. I also like spicy teas such as a good cup of chai, as well as teas with cinnamon and/or vanilla. I tend to dislike robust black teas, anything that tastes like coffee, and anything with a floral smell and/or flavor. To give you a better understanding of why I didn't like this tea, here is how I have rated other teas:

Merchant response: Bitter tea typically means it was brewed too long or at too high of a temperature!
