Ridiculously sweet and chocolatey, perfect dessert tea. The chocolate is strong and smooth, but the coconut flavor comes through as well making this quite a delicious treat. It tastes amazing with a touch of milk. Only con would be I can see it being too sweet if you're not a fan of chocolate, but highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

I had some high hopes for this tea and that might be part of my problem right now. I tried this tea the other day and was not very pleased with the outcome. I think it came out weak and it seemed to have a very nutty flavor that overpowered any chocolate or coconut flavors (I think this must be from the chestnut in the flavoring). I am willing to experiment with it some more and hope that in doing so I find a way to make this tea more what I was expecting (I plan on steeping longer, hotter water maybe, maybe cream at some point, a little more sugar, might mix it with one of the cherry teas I have to see what that adds to it). It just came out very bland and not at all like other people's reviews. Overall, though, I am disappointed in this tea, especially for the price that it was. Fingers crossed that I can make it work for me :)- but I don't think I would buy it again just because of all the work I will have to put into trying to make it a good cup of tea for me. :(

I tried this because I wanted a chocolatey tea that wasn't a mate, but I prefer the mates SO much that I definitely won't repurchase. Especially considering how expensive this one is! Smells good, but even while brewing the smell goes away, can hardly smell anything in the cup. Tastes mostly like hot water with a bit of black tea and a hint of coconut, not a lot of chocolate.

I was told that this tastes just like hot chocolate and I thought....Great I love hot chocolate! But was very disapointed, didn't taste anything like it nor did it even have much of a taste at all! It is VERY WEAK and no it is not how I am making it, I have been drinking loose leaf tea for years and use an electric tea kettle (with specific temp. settings, etc) to do the water then steep in the teavana perfect tea maker and time it with the teavana timer. This tea is just a big disapointment :-(

I am not normally a flavored tea lover -- I usually drink straight black tea. However, I mix the cacao mint tea with Slimful Chocolate Decadence and add a dash of vanilla creamer. It's sinfully delicious!!

This tea was blended with Wonderberry Chocolate Truffle, yet any chocolate flavor that existed could NOT be tasted. If this is a bitter, dark chocolate tea then it needs a blend with a different tea that does not have as strong a fruity taste.

I bought this for the chocolate taste and it had a wonderful scent, but i was quite dissappointed with the way it turned out. It was a little bitter and too weak, not enough chocolate or coconut taste. Very leafy in flavor actually.. I'll keep experimenting but I'm not too happy with this one.

I had high hopes for this one given everyone else's reviews but I found it weak. I thought it would be dessert in a cup. I tried doubling the tea amount and it was marginally better. I then tried steeping it much longer and it just brought out the vanilla flavor. I found the coconut and vanilla flavors stronger than the chocolate flavor. It reminded me a great deal of the tea one orders at a Chinese restaurant in China Town. But I suspect that is just plain old Oolong. So an ok tea but not sure I'd buy it again.

I bought this tea when it first came out and I was at first a bit disappointed that the chocolate wasnt strong or bold enough. I happen to have quite a few teavana teas, so it was something that went back on the tea shelf and I hadnt really bothered with it for a while. Recently, I was looking through my stock and deciding to brew up something I hadnt had in a while, and I picked the Slimful Chocolate back up. I steeped it with a spoonful more of tea than it calls for as I remembered feeling it was a bit weak...and guess what? I really like it now! I am actually going through my tin and am considering reordering when it is gone....perhaps the problem some are experiencing is the expectation that it will taste like candy bar chocolate instead of a chocolate enhanced tea flavor....I am glad I found the enjoyment of it.

Slimful Chocolate Decadence did satisfy my "sweet tooth" craving...Alone it didn't do as much for me as it did when I added just a little "Silk Chocolate Milk" as my creamer and "raw unfiltered honey" (sugar in the raw also works but it is personally always my second choice as a "sweetner")...For a more "milk chocolaty" flavor I also added a little "Silk Vanilla" milk with the Slimful Chocolate Decadance...What I appreciated is a very small amount of those little extras helps Slimful Chocolate Decadance go an "oolong" way...

I love this tea. So far, it is my favorite. The chocolate flavor in it is there, but not overwhelming. My family tried it and they couldn't taste the chocolate until I told them. I can't really taste the coconut, which is a bit of a disappointment since I love coconut, but I still love this tea.

This is a good tea, but with "Chocolate Decadence" in the name it sure wasn't very chocolately. It smells great but was a bit tasteless. Not for chocolate lovers wanting tea that actually taste like chocolate. However this is a good mild and soothing tea.
