I made a blend (pictured) of Lavender Dreams and Monkey Picked Oolong and added a bit of extra lavender. This kind of tea is best to keep pure, and it's amazingly smooth and light brewed so it's the color of a white wine. It tastes like no oolong I've ever had, and I assure you'll love it.
Because it is so light and great any time, it works even with a mildly fruity/floral tea, since it has a taste that isn't so unlike a rose in an odd way. And as you can see, the aesthetics of the blend are lovely as well. But them both separate, so you can also savor this amazing tea pure.

This is the Teavana's best quality oolong, and just by looking at it you can see the quality. The leaves are "beautifully and delicately crinkly" showing a refined technique in its processing. The brewing reveals a full or nearly full leaf, which is both great tasting and great for you. It has a mild flavor, very palatable, and very smooth.
I don't like finding any fannings in it, which I do find on occasion. It's pretty much inevitable with tea that there be some tea bits, but I'm just picky with my tea.

I'll be honest, I wasn't buying this tea as being something worth [$]. My mom, however, wanted to give it a try, and I must say, it truly is one of the best teas I've ever had (also one of Teavana's best). The tea is incredibly smooth and perfect in strength. [$] is a little steep, but for those willing to pay a high price, this tea is definitely worth it.

I was skeptical to try the monkey picked oolong. My family has a long history of drinking oolong tea so that I got very picky on oolong tea. It's a pleasant surprise when I smelled the tea leave at the store. The shape and color of the tea leave shows quality of the tree and the making process. It is fresh and pure than many other tea stores that sell teas with mixed stuffs and chemicals.

This is defiantly one of the best teas Teavana has to offer. I'd like to add that if you enjoy this tea before you buy, try comparing it to the "Thai Mountain Oolong" They both have very similar flavor profiles but the "Thai Mountain" has more nutty-chocolate undertones in it. I love them both!

I normally start my school, or study days by brewing 5 cups of this tea in my breville one touch. Then throughout the day I find myself re-brewing the same batch of leaves all day long for myself. After the first steeping theres almost no caffeine it seems. About the 6th steeping the caffeine-free tea perfect for bed time! Just make sure you steep at least 4 individual times to ensure you get the wide range of flavors this tea has to offer!

THIS TEA IS DELICIOUS!!! you have to time it just right because it gets too bitter if u steep it too long. This is just great with the PerfectTeamaker. it's a bit pricey but you get your money's worth! It's my fav tea with some rock sugar X3 X3 X3 X3 X3 X3 X3 X3

One of my fav teas,I love it with some honey! You have to time the steeping just right because it will get bitter if u steep it too long. i like to mix this tea with white ayurvedic chaior samurai chai mate OR dragonwell green teas :3
