Started drinking this yesterday and i have to say that this is one of the best tea's that i had. It is soothing and refreshing. I drink this in the Yixing tea tumbler and it feels completely different. More over, the health benefits of drinking oolong tea are well known and this is ad added benefit.

We are new to loose leaf tea and were hesitant about trying this brand/type. I'm glad we started with this particular tea - it is well worth the price tag. We found it really does have an orchid quality and leaves a wonderful after taste; it is very easy to drink. We will be purchasing again and recommend this to anyone who enjoys light teas.

We enjoy a variety of light and dark teas; this one will definitely stay on the list for the future.

I'll admit I thought I was had by the sales associate when I was talked into this tea at my local store. I had a gift card and this tea really blew my budget. But, boy is it good! The aroma is to die for and the tea has a subtle yet complex flavor that unfolds and changes with each steeping. At first I was only doing two steeps but soon learned that I could get about four good steeps from my leaves. This makes the tea more economical than the price-tag suggests. I also learned to time the steep so that it doesn't become bitter. I like it on its own and blended with Youthberry. Awesomely delicious and I will be indulging again!

I'm a former coffee drinker who switched to tea for the health benefits. I always take my tea sweet and with half and half, so my leanings tended toward highly fragrant teas like chai, jasmine and earl grey but I quickly tired of them. I was introduced to oolong by my acupuncturist who gave me a packet of long, dark tea leaves and was hooked by its smokey, rich flavor. This monkey picked does not have those characteristics. It's not bad but it's not for me. This is not a failure on the part of the tea, just a matter of taste preference.

If you like a tea that is light, fresh, and overall good-quality, then this is the tea to get. I steep about 5-7 cups of this per day and each cup is delicious. Totally worth the money. Also helpful for those suffering from digestive disorders. I have Crohn's disease and it seems to help a bit after I eat to alleviate some of my symptoms. No, it's not a cure-all and certainly won't get rid of digestive problems, but it seems to help. I sometimes mix this with another tea to give it more flavor. It mixes will with any other tea. My only suggestion would be not to steep this tea with another tea as others don't steep well after a few times. Steep individually then pour into 1 cup. Delicious!

This tea is delicious, albeit rather pricey. It's important to note that this tea is not - nor is any other - actually picked by monkeys. In fact there is no documented evidence, anywhere in history, of monkeys picking tea. If this ever were the case one would hope we were able to subdue said monkeys before they became sentient enough to watch Planet of the Apes during their smoke breaks and collaborate on an emulation.

Being that Oolong tea is my single most favorite type of tea,I might be slightly biased.
With that said this is a tea straight tea lovers dream.The elegant smoothness that this tea offers with every brewing is unbelievable.Good for (in my opinion) up to 4 or 5 steeps depending on your strength preference.
The only thing that isn't absolutely perfect about this tea is that it's slightly week in flavor,but again that's my biased opinion,I like my tea strong.
The best of the best of Oolong.

I have tried several other teas and love them all. Everytime I walk into Teavana I taste the Monkey Picked Oolong. It's so freash and light, just a tea you can drink all day! It's a little $$ but I finally broke down and got 2oz. It's worth it!

Wow. Good tea. I love how jut a teaspoonful of leaves expanded and filled up the tea infuser I used. But seriously, this is a great tasting tea.
