Reading the other reviews, I feel like a lot of people have missed the point of this tea, mislead by the "honey" part of honeybush. Though sweeter than a rooibos, it is not a sweet tea by itself, especially when using real vanilla beans rather than an artificial extract. It's a wonderful disgestive tea on its own and steadies a lot of other teas heavy on spice. Try it with the Matevana and Peppermint and two scoops of rock cane sugar - like drinking a cookie, a recommended concoction for migraines. Honeybush is also good for pregnant/lactating and menopausal women, in addition to its advertised benefits as an expectorant (clearing the lungs). Do not brew this longer than 5-6 minutes. That works for fruity herbals, but honeybush is actual plant leaves. I hope the negative reviewers give this a second chance.

I should preface this by saying that I don't like anything very sweet and love unflavored teas, so perhaps that's part of why I do not love this tea. I love vanilla tea, but I hardly tasted the vanilla in this. The honey was overpowering and too sweet for me, and it had a very long sweet aftertaste. The smell is wonderful though. After trying it alone, I mixed it with Silver Needle white tea. That was better as it toned down the sweetness and honey. Next I'll try mixing it with a bolder unflavored tea like black or oolong. Overall, this tea is okay. If you are looking for a tea with a strong vanilla taste then this is not it.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
I don't think this is too sweet or artificial tasting at all. It tastes like vanilla bean, is really smooth, just sweet enough, and really calming.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
I love vanillia and I love blending teas, so I thought this tea would be great. Not so much. I tried it on its own, and blended with a couple of white and oolong teas. I didn't care for any of the results. Vanilla should impart a smoothness that this just doesn't have. I find there to be something harsh and articial tasting about this tea.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
I have only had this blended with The Spice of Life White Tea, but I love the combination. I have found that in my concoction, the flavor tends to come from The Spice of Life tea, but the aroma...the aroma of the Honeybush Vanilla Tea is outstanding. I purchased this tea having read it could assist with migraines. I haven't had a migraine since it arrived, so I haven't tried that out, but I love the taste of the blend.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
I decided to give this tea a try because I absolutly LOVE honey and vanilla. Trying this tea by itself wasn't my best idea. It's Way better after being blended. But that's just my opinion.
I'll mix a tea spoon of this with a teaspoon of English Breakfast per cup, and I'll drink this happily every morning. It's super easy to blend with a wide veriety of teas, but only if your looking for a unique flavor. :)

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
I had been wanting to order some loose leaf tea from Teavana for a while, and finally got up the "oomph" during their recent sale. Since this was my first time at ordering/buying loose leaf, I figured I'd go with some of the cheaper ones in case I didn't like it. I had grown up drinking Celestial Seasonings and Bigelow teas, as they were the brands my mom usually brought home from the store.
This tea was not only the first loose leaf tea I tried, but also the first one from Teavana. As it wasn't til after dinner, I wanted something with little caffeine and on the smooth side that would help me relax.
This tea is a very wonderful tea to drink to help relax any time of day or night. I noticed that the 'cream' side of things kind of over powered the vanilla flavor, but that might have been the way I brewed it. That's the only negative thing that I can really say about the tea.
It's a very wonderful tea to "nurse" when enjoying a good book or listening to soothing music. The aroma of the tea leaves by itself is helpful.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
This tea is excellent, but it really shines as a blender. I purchased 8oz. of this a few months ago, and I still have at least 2oz. left in the tin. This is because I almost exclusively use this tea as an additive to other teas to add a honey/vanilla flavor to the tea.
This tea is fine on its own. It brews nicely, has a good finish, good flavor, etc. But it really shines when you add a small scoop to a rooibos or black chai or a tea like MateVana to add vanilla notes to a chocolaty/nutty tea. I even LOVED blending it with the Anjou Pear-adise Oolong and I didn't expect it to go well with fruity tea. This was a recommendation by a salesperson at the store I was buying it at and she was spot on.

Not a very good roobios tea. The adding flavor was pretty bad unlike some robioos teas that are assorted with caramel or cream and taste is heavenly

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
Has a lovely sweet vanilla aroma, is nice and smooth, but lacking...something. It's a wonderful, rich color, but needs a more rich taste to go along with it. This would probably make a nice blend with something that has a little more spice to it.

Comments about Teavana Honeybush Vanilla Herbal Tea:
When brewing this tea, I find it helpful to mix it with Amandine Rose. The flavor that the two produce when mixed is absolutely tantalizing. I even add a little bit of honey and rock sugar to enhance its natural taste. What I find great about this is that Honeybush has no caffeine in it. Even with that fact, it gives you a nice wake up in the morning when its hot, as I normally drink it in the mornings before starting off my classes. This tea is also good for two steepings, even if mixing it with the suggested tea above. It's also lasted me a long time and I drink it almost daily. So, if you want to try something with a smooth finish, definitely try this. Also, don't be afraid to experiment and mix this with other teas.
