Here's the truth: This tea is an under-appreciated gem.
Anyone who complains about it being bitter or not being able to get the flavor out of it must be doing it wrong. The right temperature and the right steep time (REALLY, just ONE minute) will get this tea to sing for you all year long.
It is possible to get a weak or bitter blend but that's not the fault of the tea, that is the tea preparer not working with it the way it needs to be. Teas are like people: You can't just force them to perform for you. You need to work with them the right way to get the most out of them.
This tea is amazing for the price but it is not one for beginners. It is not easy to get just right and it does no provide a second steep at all from what I've tried but that shouldn't be a problem for such an economical blend after all. it also mixes with other teas amazingly well. Ironically, silver needle and silver yin zhen pearls make a great combination if you don't mind steeping two different pots of teas separately and then mixing afterwords. Maybe I'm a little crazy for trying it but it was just magic when it happened. I had two emptying pots and a spirit for adventure. Mixed them both and found a gift from God. Amazing tea with amazing quality and potential if you are willing to work with it and discover how good it really is.

As peppermint has always been, and will always be, my favorite tea (no matter how well-developed I continue to grow in my knowledge/experience with tea), I tried this on a store associate's suggestion.
Oh, how I wish I had never listened.
The first cup I gagged down; it tasted like cigarette water. Like the disgusting aftertaste of a cheap menthol cigarette.
I again tried to blend it with peppermint, as the associate swore she loved because she "really loves mint."
Well, I really love mint, so maybe this would work.
NO.
It simply tainted the peppermint and left me again with that same weird, bitter aftertaste.
I warned a coworker, but she decided to try it for herself.
No surprise; she feels she wasted money on the 2 oz. she bought, because she immediately threw it out.
If you like mint, PLEASE GO FOR PEPPERMINT INSTEAD!!!
I love all mint, spearmint perhaps even more, but this was a total letdown and has so far been the only Teavana tea I've disliked this strongly!

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
This is the best green tea I've ever had. I drink it every day when I need a boost in the afternoon. It tastes delicious. I don't steep it for more than a minute and find it to be perfect every time.

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
When I first smelt the vapor of this tea, I immediately became thirsty. It had a great vapor. Unfortunately, this was the BEST part of it. Upon arriving at home, I steeped 2.5 TSP's at about 185F for about 2 minutes. Within the first minute, I could NO LONGER smell the "minty" fragrance that was pouring out so strongly for the tin at the store.
Upon tasting, I was sadly very disappointed. For all it's "Pro's" on the site, this was a very BLAND, WEAK and non flavorful tea. I was torn. I even attempted to re-steep, with a little bit more tea leaves this time.
NOTHING! No flavor, not anything. At the VERY MOST, this tea has a VERY PLAIN tasting green tea body. Nothing more.

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
Before the negative, one positive note.
I love green tea. Always have. This is a very simple, nice green tea. It should be just that though.
When I first smelt the Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea, I thought it was amazing. I brought it home excited to try it. Upon steeping, I could already notice a very weak vapor coming from my tea pot. This Tea is very bland, and lacks any substantial flavor. I steeped around 180F for just under two minutes as to not burn the tea leaves. (I even tried a second brew with an extra TSP of tea leaves, still nothing :( )
I've always loved the health benefits from green tea, and the taste of mint all the better. So needless to say, I was sadly less then satisfied with this tea. :(

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
I initially tried this tea in the store when suffering from indigestion. I drink a variety of green, herbal, white or maté teas on a daily basis, but Moroccan Mint has become my go-to for acid reflux problems and even palate cleansing. It's the perfect blend between a green tea with just a hint of spearmint to settle the stomach.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone who says that this tea is either too bitter or that they can't taste the mint - it's very important not to oversteep your tea or use water that's too hot. Try reducing steep time or water temperature.

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
I made a cup using just below boiling water and let it steep for about two minutes. It tasted like licking an ashtray.
I made another cup making sure the water was correct temperature and let it steep for no longer than 1 minute. I added a little bit of honey and it was delightful. Great taste for it's price

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
The first time I went into Teavana the very first thing I asked was "what is your chepest tea?" I was pleasantly suprised as even though the Moroccan Mint was the least expensive teas, it is my absolute favorite! Flavored fruity teas are great but sometimes simple green tea is the way to go.

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
When I bought this in the store, I was looking for a mint tea, and was given this. This is not the typical mint tea. That is, it has been chopped with the rolled green tea leaves and this dilutes the mint flavor. It causes the tea to accumulate a bitter taste if brewed too long, to be much less minty smelling and flavored, and the benefits of this addition are slim. It adds minimal caffine benefit. I am disappointed that this mint has been diluted with green tea that only harms the experience. The only saving grace of this is that the tea leaves are Orange Pekoe grade, which is one grade higher than 90% of all teas on the market. I suggest Teavana split this creation into two different teas: Mint and Green Teas.

Comments about Teavana Moroccan Mint Flavored Green Tea:
I am relatively new to the Teavana scene, starting my tea adventure over the summer, but since then I have fell in love!
As a fan of green tea and mint, this seemed like the perfect buy! This was the first tea I bought and now I cannot imagine my tea collection without this tea. This is also my first review! =D
As another person mentioned, this tea is under-appreciated, as people overlook this tea due to the lower price.
This tea is perfect anytime of the day, although I tend to drink it in the afternoon and evening (although I also drink white teas in the evening/night). It has a nice, medium body and the mint/green tea mix is perfect, making it great to have with a meal.
HOWEVER...if you are not very familiar with the tea, be careful as it is very delicate and will turn out bitter if steeped too long/with hot water. Learn the tea before experimenting!
I prefer brewing this tea around 160 degrees for 1 minute 35 seconds (yes, 35 seconds...not sure why, but it's the only way I brew!)
