Treasured for almost 1,200 years, this tea infuses a bright, emerald jade infusion color. Grown in high elevation of 3,000 ft. above sea level, and covered with 'heavenly shade,' clouds & mist for 2/3 of the year, the tea has a soft, sweet liquor with lingering complex notes.

Preparation / Ingredients
Use 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 175 degrees (79 degrees Celsius) and steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
