Don't let the price fool you. This tea has the perfect blend of Aroma & Flavor. I find that infusing it 2 minutes the 1st time, 2.5mins the 2nd & 3mins the 3rd time makes for the best taste. Yes, you can reinfuse this wonderful tea at least 3 times & retain the flavor in each pot! I may be willing to pay more for good quality, but I love getting my money's worth. After many years enjoying various teas this is my all time favorite!

I wholly agree with Tea Convert from Hoboken, NJ. I tried this by itself and was actually disappointed. I found it a bit flat, and bitter. However, I just tried it again this morning, and added sweetener (can't use sugar) and a splash of milk, and it became very nice. I almost never add milk to my tea, but in this instance it was a nice addition. Also, I'd have to recommend steeping it for around 4 minutes. The 2-3 that is recommended isn't nearly enough time. I also forgot it in the tea maker and thought it was ruined, but pleasantly surprised, instead. At the end of the day, It's ok, but will not be added into my rotation. The milk and sweetener will only aid me in finishing off the 2oz I have on hand.

Do not use too much of this at once - it can brew very strong. Overall it's a great start of the day tea.

For the price point you're not going to find a better straight black. This tea gives you a rich, malty, and earthy cup with a hint of sweet honey undertone. This is a newer tea to me, and I am so glad the store GM reccomended it to me. Outstanding!

I really enjoy this tea. I get slightly Earthy tones with a cocoa finish and it is excellent. I keep this at the office and start my day with a cup. I'll definitely get more of this one.

A very fresh malty tea with no bitter aftertaste. This is a favorite of mine especially since it has a price that is reasonable compared to other similar Teavana teas. I get two solid steepings from one bag.

This is a very rich and strong black tea. Full of flavor and body! Great for that morning cup to get you going. But overall isn't necessarily anything special. Just a rich cup of black tea. It was a little strong for me actually but itself and is mellowed out a bit with a bit of milk. But if you like a really stong black, this one is for you!

I absolutely love this tea. I drink it a few times a day. It has a very soothing, traditional taste and i love that it doesnt have all the fruits and nuts and so on. Its just beautiful, delicious tea leaves. The leaves expand nicely and dont fall thru my steeper, which is also a plus. This is my daily tea and I cant go without!

This is one of my favorite straight black teas because it has a perfect medium/full body and isn't bitter at all. I steep it for 2 minutes and I never get a bitter flavor. The tea has a nice dark hue and is great with other traditional infusions such as Monkey Picked or Silver Needle. The price is also a plus. Knocked off a star because it isn't one of my all time favorites but definitely a good staple to have around.

The first time I'd tasted this tea, I was amased. It's flavour is perfect. I had never tasted anything like it before...I've had some Earthy teas, but nothing compared to this. It, undoubtedly is my most favourite tea. It's very, very malty, quite Earthy, and has notes of dark chocolate in it as well. It's very smooth and goes extremely well with butter shortbread. Milk makes it even more smooth and seems to bring out the Earthiness and hide the chocolatey notes more.

Good for anyone who enjoys a nice straight up cup of tea. Also, a great value, since it is good for multiple infusions.
