I read the reviews about this tea and purchased it yesterday because I really wanted to try something totally different. I usually buy teas with a nutty/spicy flavor, but I really liked the idea that this had not only the mint and chocolate, but also hazelnut undertones. The tea is exquisite!!!!!!! I think it would be the perfect after dinner drink, but I'm so in love with it that I can completely see myself drinking it anytime. It is so aromatic, and the smell very closely matches the flavor. Upon first sip I taste the chocolate and the hazelnut, and the mint is a burst right at the end which is refreshing and fabulous!! I will certainly re-purchase!!!!

I was very excited to try this blend, and was not disappointed by the flavor of the tea. However, the smell was something I had to work very hard to get past. When I first opened the package, my first thought was of mint Bailey's. Then when I went to brew it, I was hit over the head by the smell of Hazelnuts. I'm not sure if I'm just sensitive to the smell or not, as I seem to be the only one commenting on it, but it was there. When I brewed it, it became more tolerable, and the flavor is very mellow and the mint leaves a nice after taste. I really enjoyed the flavor, but am not sure I can get past the smell long enough to brew another cup.

When I purchased this tea it was the aroma that hooked me. I am a chocolate lover so this particular blend was a must try. I really enjoy this in the mornings as it perks me up and the taste is so smooth. It is a little on the weaker side so I tend to use 2 tsp rather than just 1.5 tsp. The German Rock Sugar is also great for sweetening this tea up as well as really bringing the flavors to the for-front. The flavors in this tea are simple and it tastes the same every brew, unlike some of the others that have so many ingredients that it makes it very difficult to replicate the same cup twice and some flavors are lost. So for the chocolate lover's out there this is a much healthier way to enjoy the essence of cocoa and hint of mint without all the extra calories and richness of mint hot chocolate.

I friggin' love this stuff. I've loved tea for years, but I just got into loose tea a couple of years ago, and this was one of the first ones I tried, and the first one from Teavana. I was blown away. A little whole milk and a packet of Truvia and it was perfect. I'm a peppermint patty lover, and this tea tastes like one to me. Anything chocolate mint I love. Instead of chocolate at night, I just drank this, and I was completely satisfied. I got excited just thinking about this tea! It made me smile. :)

I am fairly new to loose tea, and I appreciated the freshness and minty fragrance of this tea. I just wish there was a little more intensity to the flavor profile, especially the cacao. Overall, I did enjoy it, and would serve it to friends.

This is my current Teavana favorite! It's a lovely tea in the morning at work to keep my spirits up. My cubemate loves the aroma.
At first sip, you mainly taste the mint, but after a little bit you can taste the cacao as well. A "little" weak though, but that's really the only negative thing I can say about this wonderful tea.

I love this tea! its relatively affordable, tastes great, and is a nice comforting tea. I recommend trying it both with, and without, milk. The milk adds an extra creamy taste to it. I'd recommend this to any tea enthusiast, as well as anyone who doesn't consider themselves a fan of tea. This will definitely change to their mind's, to a small extent at least.

Very excited about this tea which will be a great light substitute for hot chocolate. Minty and chocolaty... I use a little sugar and milk and it's a perfect dessert drink without the heaviness. Really looking forward to sharing this with friends and family, especially around the holidays.

As a fan of all things chocolate & mint, I figured I would give it a whirl. I wasn't expecting too much from a supposed "cacao" tea. Boy-OH Boy was I surprised. The "cacao" is subdued and only moves to the front as the tea cools a bit. The crisp mint shines through and leads the dance most of the time however. I'll be adding this to the normal rotation, in bulk. A++ Well Done Teavana!

I really enjoy this tea in the evening, about an hour or so after dinner. I find it relaxes me, yet, the small caffeen kick bridges the gap to bed time. I find the mint does tend to steal the show. However, the other players (cacao & hazlenut) take the bitter tendancies out of the black tea and mint, to make for a very well rounded blend. This will be added into my normal rotation in bulk. I may even have to take some on vacation with me.

There is nothing really wrong with this tea. The mint flavor is very nice, but there seems to be little else to it, and I've found that it's very forgettable. I bought two ounces months ago and still have it because I drink it so rarely. I usually find it is nice in the evening after dinner, but there are other teas with more character and I've been very conflicted about whether or not to buy more of this one.
