I feel this tea is an excellent Dessert tea. It has a pleasant aroma and a smooth body. I brewed this one evening and my kids loved it. It has a deep rich chocolate flavor. You must be careful as it can become bitter and loose it's flavor if over-brewed. I wanted to team this Tea up with my Moroccan Mint to produce a nice extra minty dessert tea. I am clueless on what went wrong as when I mixed these two together it was totally bitter lacking any of the chocolate flavor and only a mild mint. I have a Perfect Tea Maker and Brewed the Cacao Mint for 2 minutes at 195. I then quickly pulled out the brew basket and let the temp cool to 175(about 3 minutes) and added the Moroccan Mint and Brewed for another minute at 175. I used 3 teaspoon of Cacoa and 2 teaspoon Moroccan for the mixture. It was just a dull bitter taste. I can't figure out where I went wrong. Anyway, this tea is excellent on it's own or perhaps mixed with a another flavor.

Recently I have been buying a lot of oolong and black tea for a slight caffeine boost in the morning since starting my new job. I had been sticking to the very strongly flavored Maharajah Chai, and the Earl Grey Creme but they are now being replaced.

The flavors in this tea mix very well. I was skeptical at first, but this tea is the perfect combination of flavors. The hazelnut really compliments the cocao aroma and flavor. The mint is also a a very pleasant addition, without being overpowering. Combined with the black tea you have a medium-strong bodied morning and afternoon blend that is very enjoyable. This is one of the few teas I have tried where the flavor can go toe-to-toe with the aroma (which is wonderful) and not leave me disappointing.

I highly recommend this tea.

Sugar and cream are really required to bring out the full flavor of this tea, and it must be steeped a long time - I steep for 10 minutes. Also, I've found that because it's not a very strong tea to begin with and the cacao bits melt on first use, I can't re-steep the leaves as I might do with other teas. This makes the tea even a bit *more* pricey than it is already, but it's worth the price. I love it, and it's become a real favorite.

I love the smell of this tea and the flavor did not disappoint. The mint is definitely noticeable but understated, and there is a nice aroma of chocolate. Tastes very smooth but the hint of mint is refreshing. I love drinking this in the morning.

While I don't HATE it, I was a little disappointed about the lack of chocolate taste I had from brewing it. It smells AWESOME however and the mint is good. Perhaps after a few more cups I'll change my opinion. I just don't taste the cacao part of it. However if you like a minty kind of tea then it's awesome. I wouldn't recommend this if you were looking for a chocolatey tea.

This is the best tea I have tried from here. I has a chocolate-like overtone, but without excessive sweetness. Very full bodied and consistent. It can be mixed half and half with regular black tea and still give a very strong flavor profile.

I was very excited to try this tea - I love hazelnut and mint. The smell was exceptional, and I felt like a kid at Christmas waiting for it to steep, but the first sip was a colossal let down. It was like getting slapped in the face with wet mint, and that's all I could smell or taste for about ten minutes. I let the tea settle for a few minutes, but the overly mintyness didn't dissipate. It completely overwhelmed any of the other flavors. Tried blending with other teas, but whatever was used to enhance the mint flavor destroys everything it touches. Massive let down.

When I purchased this tea it was the aroma that hooked me. I am a chocolate lover so this particular blend was a must try. I really enjoy this in the mornings as it perks me up and the taste is so smooth. It is a little on the weaker side so I tend to use 2 tsp rather than just 1.5 tsp. The German Rock Sugar is also great for sweetening this tea up as well as really bringing the flavors to the for-front. The flavors in this tea are simple and it tastes the same every brew, unlike some of the others that have so many ingredients that it makes it very difficult to replicate the same cup twice and some flavors are lost. So for the chocolate lover's out there this is a much healthier way to enjoy the essence of cocoa and hint of mint without all the extra calories and richness of mint hot chocolate.
