My husband and I have ditched the milk and cookies (and calories). We now enjoy a cup of this delightful tea with a little wildflower honey or agave before bedtime. It is so well-balanced and perfectly yummy, I am often tempted to make a second cup, but not a smart thing to do an hour before bed. The ritual of making the tea and sitting and relaxing has helped both of us unwind. It signals to my brain, "OK. Time for bed. Quiet down." I wish I could buy smaller quantities online or in the store to give as gifts to get other friends hooked.

The first time I tried this tea I didn't like it. It was very bitter and felt like the flavores didn't blend well. The second time I decided tomix it with Peach Tranquility tea. it was the perfect blend for my tastes. I would only brew for 1 - 3 minutes. This blend alone I would not recommend.

I like this tea a lot but cannot drink it at night because it keeps me awake. That is really the only reason I only gave it 4 stars. I think maybe it should be re-evaluated and possibly not advertised as a relaxation tea.

I tried this tea because of a customer's suggestion when I was in the store purchasing a strainer. Now I'm hooked. It is very soothing and relaxing. I just signed up for automatic delievery!

This has a strongly lavender potpourri taste. Not herbal and has caffeine so I think it is NOT for nighttime use.

I purchased this tea for night time to relax and get ready for sleep. And every time I've had this tea I have tossed and turned all night. The green tea (Jasmine Dragon Pearls) must have too much caffine? It has affected both my girls too! I'm calling the store today. I can drink a caffinated soft drink at dinner and get much better sleep. Also, it gets bitter if you steep it longer than 2 minutes, be aware.

I like this tea a lot, but the first time I made it I let it steep to long. It became very bitter and I couldn't even drink it. I sugest only letting it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Over all it has a nice flavor and it is very relaxing.

Best Uses
Why don't you just make it yourself? The tea is delicious but this isn't the only blend the teas can make. I would buy them separately then mix them when I want that flavor of tea so that I'm still able to mix the separate teas with others that I have. You save money so you don't have to re-buy one of the teas to mix it with one you have. But that's just me. This blend is delicious but you can't really switch things up.

This tea smells devine and the taste is heavenly. A bit pricey, but well worth the price once you have a cup. Smooth and light, it makes for a perfect cup of tea in the evening. I usually have a cup before going to bed, sleep soundly!

This tea is AMAZING. Great flavor & gives a sense of peace, calm, & enjoyment. I would compare a warm cup of this tea to a nice glass of evening wine!
