I got this with the Perfect Tea gift set for the holidays. I really enjoyed this blend and I find it so far the best "coffee" substitute of all the teas (across different brands) I've tried as far as flavor goes.
I didn't find it too weak, personally. I use about 2.5 tsp in the 14oz tumbler with half a tsp of the rock sugar (I don't like my teas too sweet). It steeps very well over a long period of time; I prepare it before I go to work which is usually about an hour commute, and there is no notable bitterness when I drink it.
With that hour of steep time, the flavor is great and the color is a nice deep reddish / brown (like garnet!).
Love it. Definitely will re-fill this one.

I have been drinking tea for more than a year now, and I just discovered the detox blend. Plain and simple this tea is a perfect way to get all the benefits tea has to offer. I swear by this blend when it comes winter time because I never get sick. Buy it!

This is a great blend- good for you and great tasting. All three of these teas are good on their own- but blending them together creates a more complex flavor, and a healthier tea. I would recommend going lighter on the Gyokuro when blending, adding slightly less of it than an equal portion, since you'll be brewing at 175. Gyokuro does better brewed at a lower temp, so adding less of it to the blend will make sure that you don't get too sour a taste. Also, if you'd like to sweeten up this blend, add some Jasmine Pearls- they are so good and will add a sweet brightness to this blend. Enjoy!
