I like that this teapot is microwavable and easy to use, however, handle with care! I've had mine for less than a week and already chipped the spout. It tips forward easily and apparently chips easily as well.

I have been using this teapot since novemeber. It was 50% off and the last one in the store. I haven't had any problems with it and the best part is that it is dishwasher safe! It's perfect to use with teavana loose leaf teas or even bagged tea. I love it and would tell anyone that loves tea that it is a must especially for the sale price!

I really love this teapot! The color is a beautiful deep navy blue with a tasteful white rim around the opening. The bubble-like shape is really nice and it holds a lot of tea even though it looks like a medium sized tea pot. Love it!

I have used this teapot since July and love it.
I purchased this teapot 3 days ago. The pot tipped over on the table and the spout immediately broke off. It appears the pot was not "fired correctly" and is of poor construction. The spout came off in one piece and no shattering occurred. For the small bump when it tipped, this simply should not have been the result. I cannot recommend this teapot to anyone.
