I just bought this last week and have been using it everyday. I love the size and also that it's so easy to clean. I bought two matching green cups to go with. When I first saw the color green on the website, I fell in love with it and went straight to the store to pick it up. I don't know if it's possible for the color to change from the heat of the water, but it seems like my pot is a darker green now... Other than the color issue, I would recommend this pot and I'm even thinking of buying the yellow one as a gift for a friend that loves tea as well.

My sister gave this to me as a gift and I acutally thought about returning it, but ended up keeping it. Once I used it I fell in love and rarely used my other tea steeper-the one that drains into the cup from the bottom. I do not like teat that is very strong and I love that I can just remove the strainer, have a cup now and some later. It keeps it warm for awhile too. I bought the bigger size also because it was on sale last year and it is great for company or when my daughter (who I call the tea bandit) is home from college.

I bought this pot a few years ago (at Teavana, no doubt!), and absolutely love it! Maybe the only objection I have with it is that it is a little difficult to clean without a bottle brush, but otherwise it's awesome! I have the blue teapot, which I don't see on the website, and it has held up well, along with a ton of people remarking on how cute it is! Def a good buy!

...however I think it would look even classier if the lid was also porcelain. I can, as someone else observed, see the metal lid becoming loose eventually.

I picked this up at Teavana and fell in love with this adorable little teapot! It fit both my budget and kitchen space perfectly. While I'd love to splurge on one of the more expensive cast iron teapots, I drink loose tea only occasionally and drink mostly bagged teas in the mornings at work but wanted something to bring out for a cozy weekend or an after-work indulgence. The cheery cherry red color on my teapot and the easy clean ceramic and removable metal filter and top fit fit my style with a touch of convenience. The smaller size allows for tea for two without taking up space but if you're like me and like to resteep your tea multiple times then the size hardly matters. Definitely check out your local Teavana because they'll have more colors than online. Overall a great first teapot!
I'm new to loose tea and asked what a good pot would be that could be microwaved. I'm so glad they suggested this one. It brews 2 coffee mugs worth which is great and holds the heat well, too!

I work right next to a Teavana and got hooked. I got my boyfriend hooked too! I received an individual size mug/strainer as a gift and it was pretty inconvenient to make two cups. I bought this pot and it's the perfect size!! My first pot I used 20 oz of water and it seemed pretty full, so I think 24 oz is a little bit of a stretch. But otherwise, I love it! Great deal too!

I have just recently discovered Teavana after a store was opened in my local mall. I have never been a coffee drinker but love a good tea! I've never, however, made tea with actual tea leaves -- always just bought tea bags. I have to be honest and admit that I didn't know much about Teavana, so I didn't know that they sell real tea (tea leaves, etc.) -- I just assumed they sold tea bags in lots of flavors, and other tea accessories. So, I actually purchased this tea pot expecting a full-sized pot, not realizing how small it is. Guess I should have read the description more closely as far as how many cups of tea it makes! Because I ordered online, I received a free sample of Youthberry/orange blossom tea with rock sugar, so I decided to try out my teapot this morning. I used two cups of water and it boiled pretty quickly since it is so small and again doesn't hold that much water. I then added in the contents of my sample packet to the strainer and, voila, I had delicious fresh tea within a few minutes (I've never done this before, so I hope I did it right!) I ordered the green teapot, by the way, and the color is very nice and it looks cute sitting on my stove top. I think once I get used to making tea this way, I'll grow to love this little teapot.

This is such a sweet little teapot! The strainer basket is just deep enough for when you only want to make one cup of tea, but plenty if you have friends over, too! The only problem I can foresee is that the hinge on the lid could easily become loose, but that's a quick enough fix. I got mine in yellow, and it just looks so sunny and cheerful in my kitchen!

I love this little pot, bought it at a Teavana store and after I got a cast iron pot for home took this one to work. It's a great little pot, makes a couple of cups at a time, the perfect size.
