Fume Teapot Set

I collect teapots and received this set from my son for Christmas and I feel in love with it. It stands apart from the others in my collection, because the colors are so vibrant. It is a stunning piece. I however don't use my collection pieces for drinking tea, I use a regular old mug that is just my comfort goto cup. But I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a beautiful piece to add to their collections.

I bought this tea set as a Christmas present for my sister, who loves tea, but has never had anything like this. The teapot and cups are all unique, but the teapot is pretty small. Very cute for first timers!

I am a tea set collector and this one caught my eye. The cups are large but the pot is almost the same size. I would have preferred more red in my pattern because the combination of black, red and white are elegant. My pot has only a smidgen of red but two of my cups are stunning and they will get a lot of use. The glaze gives this set a polished look without being too glossy or gaudy. This is definitely one set you should add to your collection.

This was my Christmas present to myself this year, since I decided that I've waited for a nice tea set long enough. I love that it is totally unique, due to the glaze, and that no one else in the world has one that is exactly like mine! I love looking at the lovely swirling patterns, and it makes my tea time even more enjoyable.

It is very light! I know ceramic isn't that heavy, but I was expecting it to have some weight to it anyway, maybe because it -looks- heavy, but when I picked it up it was almost feather light!

The one thing I would change is the size. I have tea with my sister, and sometimes my mom as well, and so we usually have to make at least two pots of tea due to the size. It would be just about the perfect size for two people, or just one if you're like me and enjoy several cups in one sitting, but any more than that and you'll be making several pots back to back.

All in all though, it was well worth the price, I'm pleased with the purchase, and I'm totally in love with my first Teavana purchase! I hope to use it for a long time to come.

I am new to making tea on my own but I love tea. I bought this tea set the other day and I love it. The set comes with four cups as well as the teapot with strainer. What I love is how each cup is different because "the glaze changes on each set once the heat of the kiln comes into contact with the pieces." So no two sets are alike. I love my set and I use it everyday.
