Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
This teapot may be one of the pricier ones available, but it just takes one look to see why. There isn't another teapot available in this size with the look or quality. The small premium you pay is well worth it. (There is a square teapot with a similar finish that is more economical for its size, but the shape of this one is gorgeous.)
Any tea tastes better in cast iron, but no cast iron looks better than this!

This teapot is perfect - the pleasing shape, the satisfying heft, size perfect for one person. It pours perfectly. Keeps the tea warm. Enameling is smooth. I bought this rteapot in blue from the store in Houston. I just love it. Plain but so elegant.

Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
I was given this teapot as a gift from a family member who works at Teavana. I brewed my first pot of tea just now and I have never had a better tea. I can't be sure whether it is the Teavana tea or the pot itself, but I have a feeling its a combination of the two. I HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE who enjoys a good cup of tea! I love my new teapot and will get many uses from it! Also, I will continue buying tea from Teavana-it is just too good!

Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
This was the first time that I had entered one of their stores but this simple teapot, from all the others, immediately caught my attention. For over twenty years I have collected japanese items, including teapots. I had to have this one. However I should have been in less than a hurry and checked it more closely. As I unwrapped it when I came home I found a large chip (where it was not noticeable under the lid) in the enamel. In the store I had considered another pot with a similar enamel but had discarded it because there were several chips in it. I am familiar with enamel as I have worked with it. The surface treatment on these pots are very beautiful but seem to be fragile. So don't bang them around like the other iron pots. Myself I look upon it having the chip as a form of Wabi Sabi so it does not bother me so much. In Japanese claywork a flaw is intentionally introduced. Perfect pieces are not in balance.
Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
I had 2 other teapots and never was completely satisfied. They were both functional but there is something incredibly special about this teapot. I am not surprised at Mr. Okuyama's credentials that I have read. It is superb craftsmanship, the mesh basket is deep so if you are only brewing half a pot the tea will still be brewed properly, and it just feels good to hold and good to pour! My favorite tea is Monkey Picked Oolong and I think it tastes better brewed in this teapot (of course it could be my imagination!) It is the Porsche of teapots!

Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
We were introduced to this wonderfully lightweight teapot by a very informed young man at Teavana. It is the perfect size and weight and not to heavy full. I love the simple design. Since there are no matching cups we added the dragonfly cups and saucers and have a beautiful set. Love it.

Comments about Teavana Fuku Cast Iron Teapot:
I looked for a cast iron pot for months before noticing this elegant beauty. The design is clean, simple, and perfectly edited. My only wish is that there were complementary teacups designed by Mr. Okuyama to go with it.
Note: The finish is more of a light brown than the gold that it appears online.
