The detailed handle has been elegantly carved into a fierce, fully matured mother dragon, who is crouched and prepared to protect the well being of her newborn child. This lovely teapot is designed to recognize the sacrifices a mother makes for her children. Holds 56oz (1.6L) of tea.

I absolutely love this teapot. I have been visiting it in the store for the past year and finally ended up purchasing after a long debate. I had imagined that this teapot would get less use than it has, considering that it is designed for one type of tea. Since purchase, I have continually been using it more than any of my other cast iron or ceramic teapots. It brews monkey picked tea wonderfully and is a great focal point in my kitchen. The craftsmanship is wonderful and it truly serves as a piece of interesting art as well as the perfect brewing vessel for my beloved oolong. I just adore this momma dragon!
