I bought my oolong one so I could bring my normal Yixing pot home. I use this through out the day when I brew tea at work as well but it keeps my tea hot on my commute to work so I can start my day with a solid cup of tea. The strainer is nice and fine as well so it works with mixes that have small particles.

I've been eyeing one of these tumblers for a while, and when I got a gift certificat for my birthday, this is the first thing I bought. True, it doesn't keep the tea hot as long as the steel ones, but the fact that the clay on the inside seasons the tea is a great trade off. I drink rooiboos tea the most, and that's what's going into the tumbler and OH MY GOD. SO GOOD. I've used it a few times and it's starting to season the tea and it's marvelous.

This is a great product! I use the travel mug for my favorite tea Monkey Picked Oolong. I purchased the tumbler with the green tea logo for appearance but I make oolong in it. As long as you make one type of tea in these mugs it doesn't matter which one you choose. I would recommend this product. It is also a great gift for the tea traveler in your life.

The tumbler shown to us at the store had a mouth piece for drinking while driving. Neither one of the tumblers we bought have that ability. My son was going to use it during class this fall. Now he's worried about leaving the lid off fearing it may get knocked over.

I love the taste of tea in yixing teapots versus ceramic or the stainless steel tumbler I have now. I have several for white, greens, and oolongs. When I discovered the yixing tumblers, I was very excited. I got one for my black teas (for the morning commute!)
I love the taste of it and cant wait for it to season, however it doesn't hold heat nearly as well as the classic stainless steal. You can feel the heat on the thermos, and will stay hot for maybe an hour or so.
But it is a worth lost heat for the yixing inside.

I purchased the Oolong Tumbler and after just a few days I already began to notice more flavor in there after multiple steeps from my Monkey Picked Oolong. Can't wait to collect all of them for all of my favorite teas!

I have the Oolong Yixing Tumbler that I use for my Six Summits and it is already seasoning. I can noticeably taste the difference in my tea. Excellent work on the sleek design and the strainer is HUGE! LOVE IT!!!!!!
