I just used this for the first time. As soon as I poured the hot water in, the cup cracked from top to bottom and the water started spilling all over my counter. Very disappointing.

I got this mug to use at home since I only brew one cup at a time. The problem I ran into was with my mate tea the holes in the infuser were too large and too much of the tea was going into the cup. So I bought a mesh strainer from teavana and I just put that in the infuser and it works wonderfully. The only other thing I don't like is the lid and strainer don't seem to fit perfectly with the mug but that's just a cosmetic flaw.
