These cups are gorgeous and do their insulating job well. they matched perfectly with my glass teapot, and I loved them. However, they're ridiculously delicate. I've had two sets of these tea cups. The first set either had a manufacturer's defect or somehow ended up with a hole from washing. I was able to exchange it for a new set very easily at the store.
My second set lasted for about a year or so before they broke, and once one cup broke the rest soon followed. When they broke it wasn't like I dropped them on the floor. They simply tipped over on the table, and that was it.
Since then I've replaced them with teavanna's steel double walled tea cups. They're just as cute; maybe they don't match with my glass teapot, but they definitely don't break as easily as glass.
My suggestion is unless you're meticulously careful about your glassware (and have tea-drinking friends that are too), then save yourself the heartache of watching these break and just get the stainless steel ones.
- Dessert Tea
These tea cups are just the right size for drinking tea. The description says that they are durable and dishwasher safe, but that could not be further from the truth. One wash in the dishwasher and they cracked. Another one broke while I was drying it after handwashing it. I paid the regular price for them which was too much, and after complaining to the company I was promised a refund but have never received it. Teavana's customer service is very disappointing.
- Smooth Body
While I am just a casual tea-drinker, I am becoming a 'regular' as a result of finding this herbal blend.
Tranquil Dream is particularly suited to night-time use as it enhances restful sleep.

Bought these on sale. They're quite fragile (a one-foot drop onto carpet broke one) but are otherwise well made. One thing I really don't like is the frosted glass inside, it really takes the enjoyment out of a tea's color, and you may as well just buy a porcelain cup.
If these cups were made without the frosted glass inside (and were completely clear) they'd be fantastic.
Overall, I would only recommend these to someone who really likes the style, because they're a bit thin (even for broscillate) and are otherwise very average.
I was a bit reluctant to pick these up from my local Teavana store, only because I've had trouble with some of their double-walled glass products. Thankfully, these have been great so far! I have no reason to knock any points from my rating because of it. If you are looking for a great way to present your tea, then I suggest you try these little beauties!
