Matcha, the Japanese ceremony tea used since the 12th century, is frothed using a Matcha whisk into a jade green tea liquer. The special white clay used to make these Matcha bowls is lightweight for ease of use during the tea ceremony. The beautiful color of these stoneware bowls matches the green of the Matcha very nicely. Each cup is unique because of the finishing process that gives each a slightly different look. Made in Japan. Makes 16 oz of Matcha.
