This honey is so unique! It has a nice, sweet honey flavor, with subtle, sharp sweet notes followed by a little kick! I won't drink the Maharaja Chai without it; it kicks sugar to the curb! This honey will go with any "spicy" teas - mainly teas containing clove, cinnamon or cardamom! When it comes to medicinal purposes, it's so much better than sugar when it comes to having sinus problems or a sore throat, If you were indigenous to the area, it would probably help with allergies, so I read.

I tried this with Strawberry Rose Champagne, and it was love at first sip. The two combined was so delicious that no other honey will satisfy me.
