This honey was extremely creamy and smooth, much more so than any other honey I've ever had. The flavor wasn't too strong or honey-tasting, but had a very mild, sweet taste. Strangely, the honey almost tastes like milk or cream was added to my tea. Overall, it's very good, worth trying, but definitely not on a frequent basis.

I hated honey all my life. Since becoming more health conscious, and through the encouragement of my personal trainer, I started using organic honey as a sweetener. Then I found this....absolutely amazing taste. NOT the typical honey taste! It does not alter the flavor of any of the teas I purchased. I bought green, black, oolong, and chai varieties it compliments each one. Reminds me of when you just gotta lick the beaters when your a kid and mom is making cake! You gotta lick the spoon! haha Well worth the money spent!!

I use this honey mainly for tea. This honey is the best I have tasted among many different types and brands of honey I have tried over the years. It is not overly sweet but subtle, very flavorful, smooth and keeps well. Ever since I got the first jar of this honey, it is the only honey for me. I use it for all tea except for green tea which is not supposed to be sweetened by any kind of sweetner. I've already recommended to friends who order them by jars at a time. Really enjoy this honey.

This is ,by far, THE BEST HONEY ON EARTH!I started out just using it to sweeten my tea . Then I made the "mistake" of licking the spoon!OMG! Creamy, rich and so smooth! It has an almost vanilla-icing taste to it...AMAZING! I find myself thinking of "excuses" to use it! BE VERY CAREFUL! You will be tempted to eat it spoonful-by-spoonful right out of the jar! (I can't believe I'm saying this!).YOU will, too!

This honey is smooth, creamy but with light floral/tropical flavor. I love how this complements most green and especially white teas. Its light simple flavor is unlike any honey I have tasted. I also have enjoyed this spread thinly on a warm bran muffin, waffle, oatmeal... I do us this sparingly, a little does go a long way. And at the price this is not something I would just drizzle over corn flakes.

When asked by a Teavana associate if I wanted to purchase this honey, I was skeptical; but, I decided to give it a try - and, I am happy that I did! One teaspoon of this honey provides the right amount of sweetness to freshly steeped tea!

I have always found most honey to be too sweet and overpowering. I was in the store and the sales person recommended this so I decided to try it and I am so glad I did. This is the most delicate honey I have ever had. I use it in tea and can still taste the tea! I use it on Whole Grain English Muffins and it is just perfect. I have stopped using jam and jelly because of this delicate organic honey. And just a little bit goes a long way. I'm hooked!

I received this as a gift with some of my favorite teas. The honey by itself has an amazing buttery texture and a sweet slightly fruity flavor, and is a great compliment to mild teas (Tranquil Dream, Green Tea Heaven, Chamomile, etc)
