Comments about Teavana Sea Dragon Yixing Teapot:
I use this Teapot with Monkey-Picked Oolong.
Pros - Beautiful, eye-catching design; enhances the tea with a taste that is noticeably fuller than what would be produced in a standard porcelain teapot.
Cons - First one I had cracked when I put the heated water in. This surprised me, as I had followed the instructions to the letter.
However, as it is hand-made, this could have simply been a flaw that sometimes happens with things of that origin.
Still, I recommend pre-heating the teapot with hot water first.

Got as a gift from sister, she is into tea and sent along some gunpowder loose tea. It is easy to clean, one just fills with water a couple times and dumps out tea leaves. It is supposed to have the tea residue soak into the pot over time.

This is a great yixing, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Teavana employee; I wouldn't have purchased it for myself if it wasn't great.

I loved this tea pot! It is beautiful! It makes for wonderful decoration, a good conversation piece and is fine for two people. Use a small glass brush to clean it and you wont have any problems. I was surprised about how much nicer it looked in person vs. the picture on the site. It just seems to have more character when you see it in your hands.
