Anyone even considering buying this tea should not think twice! It is absolutely delicious and the best tea I have ever had. If you love white teas or even just flavored teas in general, it is a must have. It is also very universal, I've converted many non tea drinkers with it. It is definitely a safe bet for anyone thinking of trying loose tea for the first time. Don't let the price scare you off, it is worth every penny and more!

One of my new favorites. Having my first cup this evening and I've tried more than a few. This is perfect. Delicious, smooth and fruity without being cloying at all. Just lovely. Think a batch of double-strength would be great iced. Yum.

This is a fantasic fruit tea. It has the light sweetness of exotic fruits with the smoothness and health benefits of white tea. Brew it on its own or blend with other white tea (i blend it with silver needle white tea occasionally when i want to boost the amount of antioxidents and still have a flavored tea). Im hooked!

I would describe this tea as the description does: "A blend of kiwi, coconut and candied tropical fruit bits tempt you to pull up a hammock and sip your cares away!" I usually sweeten with a hint of German rock sugar.

Reviews are highly subjective and one person's favorite tea may be another person's least. I tend to like light, fruity, sweet white teas or herbal infusions as well as the occasional green tea as long as it's not too earthy or vegetal tasting. I also like spicy teas such as a good cup of chai, as well as teas with cinnamon and/or vanilla. I tend to dislike robust black teas, anything that tastes like coffee, and anything with a floral smell and/or flavor. To give you a better understanding of why I like this tea, here is how I have rated other teas:

[...]I opened it this morning and could not wait to try it. I immediately smelled the tropical flavors. Paired with white tea, this tea is a nice blend of light and tropical. Sipping this tea reminds me of sitting on the beach in Hawaii. This would be a great gift tea. While it is more expensive than some of Teavana's other teas, it is worth EVERY penny! This tea is perfect for any season. Drinking it in winter makes me feel like I'm not looking out at the snow!

This is my first time trying a white tea! At first I made a cup straight, but it didn't taste the way I thought it would; it was fairly tasteless, no hint of sugar or fruitiness as I expected. Made a second cup by steeping the same teaspoon and a half of tea, but added a small spoonful of sugar and it really brought the flavor out!

Definitely recommended with a little sweetener, but not sure if it's worth the price.

I recently discovered Teavana while in Las Vegas in September. I heard about the store before but never visited because I had so many teas at home from the grocery store (I know, I know). After getting hooked on the Sweet Oolong Revolution and Matevana on my first visit I went to a local teavana store and was recommended to try this tea. I am so glad I took the advice. This is my favorite tea to drink in the evening while watching TV. I like it both hot and lukewarm. It has so many flavors in it it's hard to just pin point one or two of them. I love the scent of this tea when I open the cannister, and even while I am drinking it. A little bit of rock cane sugar makes this just right. It's a very smooth, soothing, and calming tea. I only have 1 tsp left so I am off to get more tomorrow. This will be a staple tea in my home.

So, I bought this tea thinking that it might make a nice refreshing fruity iced tea, but I've discovered to my surprise that I actually like it a lot better hot. The flavor is very warm, and almost autumnal in my opinion, despite the tropical fruits. This a great change-of-the-seasons tea. I would say the flavor of pineapple stands out above all else.

While I usually love flavored white teas, I don't love "Frutto Bianco". There's a cream/coconut flavoring in it that overwhelms and clashes with the other fruit flavors to me. It made me feel slightly ill. Another reviewer described the flavor as "buttery", which is also works. I think one has to be a fan of Pina Colada to enjoy this tea, which I'm not.

I blended my tea with Rooibos Peach Bloom as recommended by Teavana, and this may have toned down the creaminess some. I can tell that the white tea and the flavorings used with it are of high quality, and I'm sure that there are people out there who will love it. It's one of those "love it or leave it" teas. I gave this tea a "3" because while I personally don't like it, I'm certain that others will.

I have not yet tried this by itself - but have been drinking it mixed with Six Summits Oolong (thanks to the suggestion from the awesome folks at Troy, MI/Somerset Collection). No sweetener is needed - and since I'm combining it, I don't use as much tea as is recommended for either hot or iced. I use just 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. It's wonderful! I love reading all the other combos, here.

This is the tea that started it all with me... I love this tea any time. Unfortunately(?) since I walked into Teavana amazed with the selection, and unsure of how to choose, they mixed this with Rooibos Peach Blooms, so I don't know what it tastes like by itself... But, it is awesome. I love the fruit pieces. It's fresh and yummy.

This is my favorite flavored white tea. When a customer asks me what my favorite tea is, I always grab this container. Smells very strongly of pineapple. It is light and fruity and great unsweetened. I love icing this. Multiple brewings make this tea comparable in price to an herbal.

I had this tea for the first time last night and this morning. I'm new to loose-leaf tea brewing and I think I brewed it too long last night because it was a little bitter. But this morning, I brewed for less time and it was delicious! I haven't had the opportunity, but I think this would be very good iced and lightly sweetened!
