LOOOVE this one -- but conditionally. At the bare minimum I need creamer and some honey, but it's a great mixing tea because of the almond-flavor in it. I pair it with Honeybush Vanilla, Genmaicha, and even Black Dragon Pearl -- anything that'll ground it a little because it's a little light (light, not weak if that makes any sense) for me. But so smooth and flavorful!

I LOVED the aroma of this tea in the store, but was a little disappointed that the taste didn't match-up with the smell. I was glad I read a review that suggested adding cinnamon, because this is just what this tea needs, in my opinion. I add 1/8 tsp. cinnamon for each cup, right in with the loose tea, and it tastes wonderful. With this addition, it has become one of my favorites.

I LOVED the aroma of this tea in the store, but was initially a little disappointed with the taste of my first cup, as the taste didn't quite match my expectations after smelling it. I'm glad I read a review that recommended adding cinnamon, because in my opinion, this is exactly what it needs. I add about 1/8 tsp. per cup with the loose tea in a tea bag. Perfect!

I wasn't impressed with this tea. I was excited when I went into the store and the man said "I drink this everyday." It was only after I bought it that he said "Oh its really weak though, you have to add something to it like lady gray if you want any flavor."

Oh great, another white tea.. Generic weak flavor, the nutty-ness was there..barely, but you had to finish an entire cup just to get to it. The hints of citrus and coriander were nice, but I didnt get any other flavors.. The smell more than anything was the strongest out of this tea.

I brewed a second pot and added some Earl Gray from a ceylon tin I had.

This time the flavor dramatically changed. I tasted bubblegum.. I do not want bubblegum in my tea. It wasn't bad, but the combination almost made me sick. I am not happy with this purchase.

if I ever decide to get another white tea.. I will not be getting this ever again.

I tried this tea and i liked the flavor profile but for me the it was too weak. I did have a nutty profile that wasn't too sweet but it just wasn't my "cup of tea" and i would drink it again if someone gave it to me but i don't think i'd buy it again.i suggest you try it just to see if you like it or not.

I've recently made the decision to switch from coffee to tea for the healthy benefits it provides. Today, I went to my local Teavana store in search of something interesting and unique, and was led to this fabulous tea. The smell is exquisite - orange with hints of almond and spice. The taste is even better - smooth, slightly sweet and nutty, with a lingering cinnamon finish. Tastes perfect alone, but would no doubt be great with sugar or honey. Definitely a new favorite!

The smell of this tea is just beautiful, as is the look of it! The taste is just right - spicy but not sharp, caramelly, soft, complex. I don't drink a ton of tea but when I find a good one I really enjoy it, and this is one of the best.

I went into the store asking for a pumpkin tea and they showed me this. It smelled nice in the store. It somehow does not smell as good this morning.

I like this tea, but by adding just a bit of cinnamon to your cup or mug after steeping makes it taste so much better. For some reason, the cinnamon brings out more flavor from the tea.

I purchased this tea as an additive/mix in, not a stand alone tea. I could tell from the look and smell that it would be overwhelming to me if I drank it alone. I also need more caffeine than I can find in a white tea. For my purposes, this works perfectly as an addition to a black tea or mate. It has a bitter citrus undertone that I like and a smooth, spicy finish that can either be refreshing or soothing based on what I mix it with. Very nice tea.

I have many of Teavana's teas on hand, but this is my absolute favorite! It is wonderful blended with the honeybush vanilla too. I love strong, hot and fairly sweet teas. Even if you don't normally drink your tea with sweetener the german rock sugar really enhances the taste of this amazing tea. Pricey, but worth it and can be re- brewed which helps with the expense. Just use less water for the second brewing. LOVE IT!

This tea reminds me of christmas time. I love it combined with pear luna. I leave the two to steep the second time in the refrigerator overnight. It's great chilled or warmed. As a warm tea, the spicy flavor is more prominent. The spice and pear combination are lovely. I have not tried this on it's own, as I feel it mixes well with and compliments so many of my teas. The fragrance is intoxicating. I have gone through two ounces in two weeks. Spice of Life is just perfect. I will repurchase without hesitation.

What a great tea to warm up with. I've never had a tea that was spiced quite like this, and I love it. From the moment I opened the package and got a whiff, I was hooked. This is my "relax in the evening" tea. Need to be sure that you follow instructions 175 degrees for 2 minutes or it does get a little bitter. I love the big pieces of orange! Relax & Enjoy!!!

I've been trying really hard to get into Teavana teas, but I've had a lot of misses. I thought this one was, the first time I brewed it I put in the rock sugar. The second time I didn't and I liked it a whole lot better. Sugar in tea isn't really my thing.

I got this on Christmas Eve and it went amazingly with all the baked goods we had around. The aroma is very warm and inviting.

I don't think it is bitter like others have commented, but I brewed it at 175 degrees for only 2 minutes with good results.

I loved this tea for the last 2+ years (you had to ask to hold some of the oranges when purchasing). I would go to the store so I could buy the tea without the excess oranges. Apparently there were so many complaints about the excess oranges, they reformulated. I brought home my pound and discovered the oranges had been shredded. The shredded rinds make it bitter tasting. I miss the original 2008 version before the excess oranges. It used be an incredible tea that was worth the price.

I was very disappointed in this tea. It was rather expensive but I decided to give it a try because the reviews said the tea was worth it. I've tried brewing this tea several times now and and I just don't see the draw or spice in the tea that everyone else has. It tastes bland and bitter no matter what temperature I brew the water at or if I steep it for less time than the label states. I'm not saying the tea is bad, just not worth what I paid for it. I'll not be purchasing this one again.

I just rediscovered this tea as the nights got a little cooler. Smooth, spicy and soothing. Great morning, noon and night. As with most white teas, mind the water temperature and brewing time for the perfect cup. If you like chai, try this one.

This tea is delicious! I love mixing it with Zingiber Ginger Coconut Rooibos tea - it is really smooth and counteracts any bitterness, as it adds a bit of sweetness without having to add a sweetener. It is my favorite combination and I can't wait to drink it every morning! The aroma alone is so heavenly it relaxes me when I am stressed.

I like this tea very much. I find it to be pretty robust, and I agree with a previous reviewer that you must time it carefully. I followed the directions on the label, as it was recommended to brew 1-2 minutes -- and I went for 2. But it was incredibly bitter. So I went for 1 minute and that was just right -- with a little honey in it. I like the nutty aroma - reminds me of Christmas.

I am a fan of warm flavors (meaning I lean towards dark teas, versus fruity herbal teas), so when the salesgirl at my Teavana recommended I try this, I was a bit wary because of many orange pieces in this tea. When I tried it, I was very pleasantly surprised! The citrus flavors are not overpowering at all - rather, they are an extremely well-balanced complement to spicy flavors. The orange also adds the benefit of leaving a refreshing aftertaste, though I sometimes wonder if it might add tannins, as I sometimes am left with that parched-mouth feeling. The nutty notes in this tea are extremely pleasant, and give it a smooth, cozy taste, if you know what I mean. I would definitely recommend this tea, especially during the colder seasons!

I don't usually buy the white tea since it is not strong enough flavor, but blended with other teas this ones a winner. Great blended with the formosa nut oolong also with the chai. Two completely different flavors but both very flavorfull. Will definitly buy again, love it!

Spice of Life tea is wonderful.... the various tastes remind me of the fall and winter seasons. The tea itself isn't extremely robust, it's a bit on the lighter side. On another note, the only thing I really have had a problem with with this tea is that you must steep it very specifically to the directions... leaving it in for 15 seconds too long is long enough to make your tea very bitter!!! I brew this at 180 degrees for 45 seconds. Very good tea!
