Love this smell and soothing aspects of this tea. Great for the evening to settle down and sleep. Even helps a sore throat.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
There are so many great health benefits to Precious White Peach -- it's white, so the antioxidants are definitely there, the chamomile really does help with sleeping issues that I have, and it's very easy to blend with. Only cons are that I have to use a lot more than the recommended amount because it is very weak and not as strong as the smell suggests. I try to blend it with Rooibos Peach Bloom to help out the flavor as well too.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
Great aroma - wish there was even more peach flavor. Will buy again.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I do not normally like white tea. White tea has a certain bitterness to it, especially if it isn't brewed right. The addition of peach is the perfect complement to it. The peach flavor is delicate (not too strong) and there is a slightly floral essence to the flavor. The white tea lends its stronger body to the blend. I can't get enough of this tea. I drink it any time of day because it has very low caffeine content.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
LOVE THIS TEA. Yes, the tea is very finicky and if you over steep it becomes very bitter. SO BE CAREFUL. But if you do it just right this tea is delicious. It's very light and the peach flavor comes through without overpowering the tea. This is my favorite tea.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea is bitter and there is only one way around that... DON'T over steep and use plenty of honey or German Rock sugar to ease the bitterness. Overall the Tea is great quality though and it has a nice relaxing way about it but be forewarned about the bitter white tea taste... The more you steep the more bitter it becomes so don't steep for a long time.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea tastes nothing like the way it smells. I received a canister as a gift and looked forward to trying it only to be sorely disappointed. I brewed it precisely as instructed and only ended up with a bitter, faintly fruity smelling tea. I will not purchase this.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea is very finnicky and will become bitter very easily. You will have to play with the steep time to get it right. I had a chance to try the blooming Peach Momotaro and will buy it instead when I run out of this tea. Currently I have this Precious Peach blended with Rooibos Peach Bloom. Next time I will be buying Peach Tranquility & Peach Momotaro to blend- this combo is absolutely superior!

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
First off, after you've read all my above comments, you might percieve a 'negative persona'. Not at all! In fact, a visit to Teavana ranks in my TOP 5 fave things to do. I customarily purchase large quantities of tea every month from this DIVINE retailer because I share tea regularly with not only existing friends and family, but with folks I meet either briefly or will be in company of going forward - including clients! I have a vast appreciation for ALL tea varieties and manufacturer's. Teavana is ONE OF MY FAVORITE TEA RETAILERS WITH QUALITY TEAS AT INCREDIBLE PRICES, though I regularly shop teas from MANY sources. LOVE Teavana for too many reasons to list. Have to rate this tea a zero on scale of 1-10. Don't write reviews unless I feel a product is a 10 or a zero. Teavana markets many "tens" in tea varieties. Not this one. Extremely bitter without EXACT brew technique and even with, is dissaappointing. Can get a much better tea on this same site for the price. Use the reviews if new at tea. If you see several review comments remarking on 'bitter', take the hint :) Enjoy shopping at Teavana. Its a lil bit of heaven for a tea enthusiast! ANYBODY can find a tea they love here - even if normally not a tea drinker - guarenteed!

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
First couple of times I tried brewing this tea I accidentally followed the instructions for White Tea. The tea ended up bitter and just plain awful. I then realized my mistake and used the instructions for Flav White and ended up with a beautifully light fruity tea. I guess I would consider this a VERY fragile tea.. because if you use water thats a little too hot and brew it any longer than 3 mins it turns out very bitter.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I thought this tea would be full of peach lavor but I hardly taste it. If you use too much of this tea it becomes very very strong and extreamly bitter. It was not what I expected at all. The less tea you use the better the taste.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This was the first Teavana tea I purchased (we got Golden Monkey, too, but I haven't tried brewing it yet). I like white tea and peaches, so it was a natural fit. I really like it; it's perhaps the first tea I have found I really crave during the day, as in"I can't wait to get home from work and drink some tea!"
I brew it in a tea ball most of the time. This is not ideal; it comes out better when I brew it loose in my teapot (which has a built in strainer), but it comes out well enough in a tea ball.
I've found it holds up for several brewings, but DO. NOT. overbrew! It WILL taste odd!
It is a LIGHT tea. I like very full flavored herbals, and this is quite a different taste experience, which is why I noted it can be "weak"--it's not really weak. But it is light.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This is a different tea that is an acquired taste. The initial scent in the package leads you to believe it will be stronger in both the fruit and floral flavors. Actuarially the Vegetal taste is the longest lasting. It is ok by itself, but if you want more peach flavor blend it with Rooibos Peach Bloom Tea. Mow we are in Peach Heaven and staying caffeine free.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
A friend gave me some of this. I didn't think I'd like it as sometimes "peach" flavors are too strong or just don't taste right. With this tea, there is just the right amount of peach which complements the flavor of white tea.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This was recommended by employee when I told her I wanted something 'peachy'. Brewed with German Rock Sugar, then iced it. I'm really enjoying it.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea is HORRIBLE iced which is what I bought it for. Tried it hot and it's still not that good. Bitter flavor after taste. Definitely an acquired taste. Not for me. Waste of [$] :(
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This is one of my favorite teas! Whenever I go to the mall I can't resist visiting Teavana, and I asked for a fruity tea so they recommended this one. I love drinking it in the morning or afternoon. It is great for me because I don't handle caffeine very well. The only con is that it is sometimes weak. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea can be great if brewed properly but if not it can be bitter and overly "vegetal". Every time I made this tea it came out different. I thought I did the same thing every time but maybe not. Sometimes it would be very fruity and bold and sometimes it would be bitter or just very weak in flavor. I would recommend this only to people who are very experienced in brewing tea.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I had this tea recommended to me by a teavana employee at the Providence store. He said that it was one of his favorites; after trying it for myself I can see why! My first brew did come out rather bitter, but I believe I may have steeped it too long. A great thing about this tea is how many times it can be re-steeped (without developing a "weird" taste as I find some teas do after multiple infusions). This can really make a little bit of this tea go a long way. I actually find that the flavors seemed to develop the more times I steeped it (up to 3 is my record, but you could probably do more). It is, however, important that you brew it correctly. I start with 175 degree water for 1m30s on the first steep, and increase the time by 30-60 seconds for subsequent steeps. Brewed correctly, it has a medium body, just the right amount of peach flavor, the slightest hint of sweetness, and a smooth finish. I hope you'll give this tea a try, you'll be glad you did.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I absolutely loved this tea! I made it using the Teavana Tea Tumbler (also love!) and the first cup was a little bitter when I got to the bottom but I made multiple cups throughout the day and never seemed to lose flavor! I was a little heartbroken throwing it out at the end of the day. I highly recommend this one to anyone that likes light, fruity teas.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This tea is the one that sold me on loose tea. I've tried three other loose teas at teavana but none made me think it is worth the cost and time to change over from prepackaged teas until I tried this one. It has such a soft pure taste of tea and peach I'm addicted!!

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
You have to be careful about steeping this--too long and it goes get bitter, but too short and there isn't enough flavor. I end up increasing to about 2-3tsp/cup. I think that with the amount I need to use to get the strength of flavor I like, this tea becomes very costly. It may be better blended with something.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
The aroma of this tea is amazing, but the flavor of the peach is almost nonexistant. I mixed it with jasmine green dragon pearls though, and it nicely complements the flavor of that tea. I do not like to drink it by itself much though.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I love this tea. I used to buy the Whole Foods Peach White tea - that came in a bottle (already brewed), but recently it's tasting too much like black tea - too strong). This white peach tea is excellent. It's light in flavor but you do smell distinctively the peach in it. It's excellent iced or hot!
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
Some Teavana teas are more fruit and less tea - NOT THIS TEA! This tea smells absolutely wonderful and doesn't have a strong fruity flavor - you can taste the white tea with a hint of peach. It's very soothing, so it's enjoyable anytime!
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
I bought this tea because I was looking for a peach tea. This tea smelled amazing, and is a very high quality tea. When i made this tea i found that it was too mild and when i steeped it longer it was bitter. I might just be brewing this tea wrong, but I just do not like it.
Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
very enjoyable treat at the end of the day

I blend it with silver needle for a wonderful smooth taste with a fantastic aroma. Very healthy too.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
This is the best! The quality of the white tea is so good, I can steep it for up to 8 minutes and get another flavor demision the longer it steeps. Just make sure your water isn't too hot. Intense peach flavor which matches the white tea perfectly.

Comments about Teavana Precious White Peach® White Tea:
The reason I got this tea was because I purchased Pu-Eth Black tea and it has no flavor to speak of and black tea is not my favorite. I bought it because of the health benefits and wanted it to have some nice flavor to it. I find with the Peach Tran. tea it does not need a lot to flavor the black tea perfectly. The smell is heavenly! It's a perfect blending tea for green or black teas because it is a strong fruity tea. The two make an excellent iced tea! Cool and refreshing!
