Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

For an amazingly refreshing cup of tea: brew 1 part Honey Dew, 1 part Pi Lo Chun and 3 tsp of German Rock Sugar. I like it sweet and the sugar really helps bring out the flavor of the honey dew. Don't forget, you don't want to expose this tea to boiling temps, otherwise it will taste bitter. I steep mine at 275 degrees for no more than 2 minutes. I also stir the brew to help dissolve the rock sugar. This is by far my favorite cup of tea...I drink it daily and it brings a smile to my face every time!! Trust me, you'll love it!!!

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

I prefer this to all the other white teas sold by Teavana. It has a lovely, delicate flavor with a hint of honeydew. Some of the other teas have so much fruit that it overwhelms the white tea, but this one has just the right balance. Afterall, if I wanted a strong fruit flavor, I would drink juice instead! :-)

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

I love this tea, it has a wonderful flavor. I bought this originally because it smells just like a honey dew and it reminded me of my childhood. Now, it is so much more than an olfactory reference, but a tea that I drink multiple times a day. Teavana teas have cut back my carbonated drink consumption and I drink tea when I need a caffeine fix or something more than water.

I tried but really didn't like this one- the melon tasted rotten to me and no matter how long (or short) I steeped it was too bitter. Glad I only bought 1 bag- I won't make that mistake again.

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

I really love havin this tea with me at work. I can let it sit from steaming hot to old and it still tastes good. The only caution I would give is to make sure not to leave the leaves in there too long because it will get a bitter taste easy. The color of the tea should be a dark yellow/light orange at most. I don't put sugar or anythign else in it for that matter so it makes this great if you are dieting.

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

I dont know why this tea is getting such bad reviews...I really liked it, and I thought it was very fresh and pleasant tasting. Not like formented melon at all. The light milky melon flavor was fantastic. Light, just sweet and fruity enough without missing anything. Im really disapointed they discontinued this one.

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

This tea was so unpleasant that I threw it out after 1/2 of a cup. I did not care for the fermented honey dew flavor at all. For fruity tea, I'll stick to Utopian Jewel, Roibus Tropica, or Japanese Wild Cherry.

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

This tea is apallingly bad. I love Teavana teas, and I've tried quite a few. (favorites are Jasmine Oolong, Jasmine Dragon Pearls, Roibus Tropica, Formosa Nut Oolong, and Moroccan Mint). To me it tastes like fermented honey dew, and that is just not a pleasant flavor. I understand why this one is on sale!

Comments about Teavana Chinese Honey Dew White White Tea:

I guess I was expecting much more flavor -- of any kind... I know that white is much lighter (I prefer green or rooibos tea) but, it was very light, and I couldn't taste the melon at all... Or, the milk (supposedly there's some in there?). Not terrible, but I wouldn't tell anyone that this is a tea from Teavana since they have much better flavors... I'll mix it with others for the health benefits, until it's gone, and wont by more of it.

I was surprised at the flavor of this tea. The melon flavor is so smooth and makes the tea so flavorable. It is one of my favorites and a reorder is definitely in the plan!

My recommendation is to get this tea while you can.
