Great for keeping your tea warm when your on the road. On the other hand the tumbler leaks. Not very good for travel in car. I returned mine in exchange for the Harmony tumbler. Much better quality.

The best thing about this cup is the lid for ease in carrying, and the double-walled glass to keep the tea warm. But this is billed as a cup for blooming teas and I've found the cup too small to let the teas unfurl all the way. If Teavana made this bigger and added a handle, it would be perfect. Also, just remove the rubber around the lid to make it easier to drink from the cup.

This mug was made for Blooming Tea! And made it possible to travel while drinking Blooming Tea! Not for infusing regular tea. Tea ball infusers are not meant to fit inside of the tumblers. This mug is all for presentation. If you like to show off your tea this is the way to go. All you have to do is put a Blooming White Tea ball in, add some hot water, and watch it bloom into a beautiful flower. The mug also has double paned glass! You will never burn your hand with this mug. It will also keep the tea hot for a long time. The lid is air tight and screws on, adding to preserving the Heat.

However the Lid is fragile and you are not supposed to put it in the dishwasher. The Body is very durable and dishwasher safe. The top will dent easily if you drop it while attached to the tumbler. The Rubber ring that keeps the mug air tight tends to come off after exposed to too much heat. You can put back in place though.

I have used other Non-Blooming Teas in the mug and am very pleased at how the tumbler keeps the tea hot for so long.

Every time I bring in the Tumbler filled with the Blooming Tea to work, someone always asks me about it and asks where they can get it. I tell them you can get it from Teavana!

I use this almost everyday and love it. The only two cons are that it does not have a handle, and sometimes is difficult to carry when my hand are full (I'm usually on the run). Also, I have a round mesh ball I use for loose leaf sometimes, and that does not fit. Otherwise, I love it!

I'm not really sure what the purpose of this is. It sounds like a mug from the description, but it is not. It has a screw lid so you can not really comfortably sip tea from it. It has no strainer, so you can't make tea and drink from it. So the way I use it is to store tea, I brew two cups and use it to keep one cup warm. I suppose it can also be used to transport tea, if you make it at home and drink it at work. It looks very nice, even the box is very high quality. Just doesn't seem very functional.

After a few washes, the rubber ring inside the lid came loose and has been doing so ever since. It's very eye catching certainly, but I'd use thermoses I've gotten free from conferences before reaching for this one.
