I purchased this as a travel mug to take to work with me as well as hoped to make tea in the office easily. I think I used the cup maybe 3 times, the strainer basket that comes with it doesn't hold much and I often had tea in the bottom of my cup.

I love this product, but the only thing that bugs me is that when I'm making my tea in the morning in the perfect tea maker, I can't put both cups in this mug. Good if your making one cup. NEVER SPILLS. Very cute.

I bought this cup/tea seaper very excited. Then I took it home and used it. I love rooibos tea and when I used it to brew the tea, a lot of the tea made it though the strainer. I also did not like not being able to see how much water I had put in it. What I bought was just a thermal cup. I do like the look and will take it with me on travel but, I would not recomend this cup is you need it to make tea away from home.

The travel cup is high quality, and designed very nicely too. It'll keep a drink hot after an hour or so and protect your hands. So it's great for drinking in the car if you only have time to infuse at home. Just remember to take out the infuser before you leave the house.

The cap is drip-proof which allows this to be tipped at any angle. I don't mind drinking out of the edge of the cup, so overall this traveler has been great.

Apart from the quality design, some leaf fragments get under the infuser. I guess it's normal. I usually wait a minute for it to settle at the bottom. It brews well, but it'd be great if the infuser was made finer. Otherwise, I'd say it's worth it for a cup and a half of your favorite tea.

This tumbler is nice in that you can steep your tea directly in it. But sometimes the flavor of the tea will remain in the cup even after washing, and ruin the flavor of the new tea. I finally had to soak it in vinegar for about 5 minutes and put it in the dishwasher to get the flavor out.
All in all, it is functional, but I think glass or ceramic cups are much nicer. (Unless you only drink one kind of tea!)

The volume is too small and all of the tea comes through the holes are way too big. The tea gets caught in your teeth its horrible.

Strainer leaks tea into drink. Very small amount can be made at a time. Must transfer tea to another cup to drink. No hole in top to drink from.

The problem with this cup is that you have to take the lid off to drink out of it. Is there another lid I can buy to go with this cup. I was walking to work and went to drink when I realized you have to take the lid off. This is just not user friendly. Can you help me out with this problem?
