Keep your teas fresh for up to one year! Our air-tight tea tins are the best way to store loose-leaf teas to insure freshness. Our teas are sold with a sticker on each package, which can be peeled off and put directly on the tins as a label. It's a great way to keep up with your teas. These tins can also store our German Rock Cane Sugar and any other product that needs to be sealed in an air-tight container. Medium tins hold approximately 6 ounces of tea (depending on the tea). Container is 6 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter.

I stored my tea in these tins in a drawer that was flooded when a pipe burst in the apartment above mine. I lost 18oz of tea. These tins are more convenient for storage than bags, but they're clearly not air-tight.

When I went to clean a tin I let soapy water sit in it. When I returned all of the water had leaked out of the tin. Does not sound like air tight to me, just makes the popping sound that claims air tight. Love the tea but wish I didn't buy so many tins...

I buy the teas in pouches, pour it into the tins and can peel the label off the pouch and place it on the tin. done!that easy, change the tea? change the label.

I like the medium size tins for my teas. They are easy to store, clean and air tight. Having kids who like to make tea, the tins have taken their share of tumbles and the lids have never come off. I have never lost tea to mold. I have the larger tins also, they are the same quality as the medium, great product all around.

I have 4 tins now and they are the perfect size to sit on your counter or in your pantry. I custom blend my own flavors and I use the premade stickers that come on the bags when you order and stick them to the can. Its great because I stock up on flavors that I might drink more in the fall and I know it will have the same flavor 6 months(or longer) from when purchased!
