I used to never drink the quanity of tea that I really desired because of time. This makes it so easy as my water is always ready! Now, I think that I drink too much tea. Thinking about being one for my office so I don't have to miss out during the day.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DISPENSER! It's easy to clean...I just run a quart of vinegar through (and re-use the vinegar). It swivels, holds about 2 liters of water. It can be programed to turn on in 7 hours, so I go to bed and in the morning the water is already heated.

I love my Zojirushi Hot Water Dispenser. You can set it up and keep making tea all day without having to wait for water to boil in a tea kettle. Also, you can set it to one of three temperatures so you never have to worry about charring your white teas. Its great if you happen to be one of those people who wants tea at three in the morning because it's quiet (no more tea kettle waking everyone up). My only problem with it is that it takes a little too long to heat the water and it brings it to a boil before letting it cool to your set temperature. So if you set it for 175, its going to take forever (up to 1 hour 40 minutes if the despenser is full). Also, I wish the timer could be set for longer (its only up to 7 hours). I know most people get less than 8 hours of sleep, but some of us happen to get more. Over all I think this is a good investment if you like to drink tea through out your day. You can also use it for making hot chocolate or cup of noodles.

Love it. It is timed to be boiled when I wake up in the morning. Other family member make hot chocolate and even made soup really quick. Everyone who serves tea to family and friends should have one.
