Santa brought me these cups (he must have seen me gazing at them in the store!). They are very beautiful for enjoying sencha. The exterior has a shiny beautiful glaze...the blue one reminds me of a daytime sky at the horizon and the purple (really like a cobalt blue) is like a starry nighttime sky. The interiors are a lovely soft eggshell color and texture...great for appreciating the lovely green color of my favorite sencha. Overall these cups really enhance the enjoyment of my personal tea ceremony.
