I was told by the store representative at the "Stoneridge Mall- Teavana" that this a really good tea to give a pregnant women caffeine free. I just found out that my wife did her homework because she enjoyed it very much, but it happens that this tea has "St. Johns Wart" a herbal that a Pregnant Women shouldn't take and NOT recommended by our OBGYN Doctor. Lesson for the husband that i just learned is, if you are going to buy tea in general it's importantto do your homework before buying any tea or herbal for a pregnant wife.

After trying about 30 teavana teas, I came back to this one and go through about a pound a month. I notice a bit of an energy kick but not jittery like coffee. Its a great tea to drink alone. If reminds me of a very mild Chai.

However, I blend this half and half with teh zinziber Ginger coconut and its a cup made in heaven. Its also great to blend with any Chai.

Omg one of the best teas teavanna has. i had it today with some E.B. Tea at a 2:1 ratio favoring the ginsing vitality and it was so delish the caffiene in the E.B. was a perfect pick me up 2 mins 190 degrees in the perfect teamaker(it does make a dif in tastse) and some german rock and almond molk if milk n sweetner is your thing = Teavana Bliss!

So I don't really have anything unique to say about how wonderful this tea is; other reviewers have already said it all. What I would like to contribute to this forum is my favorite use for this tea - I love putting it on ice and taking it to the gym! The ginseng gives me the energy I need after a long day at work to get a great workout, and the St. John's Wort kicks in with my natural endorphins and makes me feel incredible! This tea is delicious and refreshing and it gives me such a wonderful boost. I highly recommend!

Having grown up on cheep red rose and Twinings, I recently tried teavana's keemun black tea, and this, my first ever rooibos. I'm very glad I did! this tea has a great spicy flavor without that overpowering big-red cinnamon flavor I find in some other teas. Will defiantly buy again!

Great and unique rooibos. Although it is naturally caffeine free, it is somewhat stimulating from the ginseng. Some people feel restless after drinking this, so you should use caution consuming this at night. The flavor is very unique, and I highly recommend blending it with any of the peach teas (Precious White Peach, Prosperous Peach Oolong, Rooibos Peach Bloom, etc.). An interesting fact, after 20+ years of nail-biting, I stopped completely (3+ months now) after drinking this tea daily.

I LOVE this tea! I usually only buy a tea once, so that I could try others, but something about this tea makes me want to buy it again and again. It's great for those who have allergies or first time tea drinkers. It has that familiar chai-like aroma (with the cinnamon and ginger bits). This tea includes many ingredients that not only taste good, but are GREAT for you! It has St. John's Wort which has been said to help with moderate depression, wound healing, HIV/AIDS, and viral/bacterial infections. It also has ginseng root (surprise, right?) which helps with stress, stamina, immune system strength, lowering cholesterol, and fatigue. This tea is smooth and rich. The best Rooibos tea I've ever tasted.

Here's the thing about ginseng vitality - not only does it taste great, but it makes you feel great too. If you like ginger, you'll probably enjoy the flavor of the tea. It's bright and energizing. I think it tastes like a gingersnap. Beyond that, though, the ginger and the ginseng and the st. john's wort work together like a trifecta of positive energy. I can't say enough about this tea.

This tea is great for the days when you just don't want to do anything. brew 3-5 tablespoons in 3 quarts of water for a full bodied fruity, and revitalizing tea. Mix with Bangkok Lemongrass ( optional ) and you have yourself a cold remedy.

i really love this tea for an afternoon pick-me-up. it is caffeine free, but the ginseng offers a little energy boost when i am dragging in the middle of the day. the flavor is really nice with just a little spiciness from the ginger. an excellent tea.

I love this tea both for its smell and its taste. It's a nice balance of sweet and bitter, for when I don't want a really sweet tea, but I'm also not ready for something really strong. This tea is delicious! Such a surprising taste profile. I like to drink it alone or when I really want a healthy boost I brew silver needle for 10 minutes then brew monkey picked oolong, and finally ginseng vitality. Sweetened with the rock sugar and all mixed into a large caraffe. I drink this mixture throughout the day and any sign of a cold is kicked! DELICIOUS! I have also gotten my husband and all family members addicted to this!

This tea smells amazing, with hints of citrus, cinammon and honey but upon brewing it tastes weak and bitter. I tried decresing the brew time and I still did not like the taste.

i enjoy this tea in the late afternoon early evenings to pick me up. in the morning as well i usully blend it with lemon green to add a little of caffine. i think to feel the energizing effect you would have to drink more than one cup. it has a great taste so i enjoy it eitherway.

LOVED THIS TEA! and all the teas at teavana are just amazing especially the white teas. they are high in antioxidants and i have seen a my skin's wrinkles diminishing after 6 months. i feel younger and more energized. Oolong teas have shown a significant increase in my weight loss averaging 5 pounds per month. I am a big fan of teavana now. Get on it because you shoud be a fan to! its all worth it.
