I use this honey mainly for tea. This honey is the best I have tasted among many different types and brands of honey I have tried over the years. It is not overly sweet but subtle, very flavorful, smooth and keeps well. Ever since I got the first jar of this honey, it is the only honey for me. I use it for all tea except for green tea which is not supposed to be sweetened by any kind of sweetner. I've already recommended to friends who order them by jars at a time. Really enjoy this honey.

This is ,by far, THE BEST HONEY ON EARTH!I started out just using it to sweeten my tea . Then I made the "mistake" of licking the spoon!OMG! Creamy, rich and so smooth! This honey is smooth, creamy but with light floral/tropical flavor. I love how this complements most green and especially white teas. Its light simple flavor is unlike any honey I have tasted. I also have enjoyed this spread thinly on a warm bran muffin, waffle, oatmeal... I do us this sparingly, a little does go a long way. And at the price this is not something I would just drizzle over corn flakes.

When asked by a Teavana associate if I wanted to purchase this honey, I was skeptical; but, I decided to give it a try - and, I am happy that I did! One teaspoon of this honey provides the right amount of sweetness to freshly steeped tea!

I have always found most honey to be too sweet and overpowering. I was in the store and the sales person recommended this so I decided to try it and I am so glad I did. This is the most delicate honey I have ever had. I use it in tea and can still taste the tea! I use it on Whole Grain English Muffins and it is just perfect. I have stopped using jam and jelly because of this delicate organic honey. And just a little bit goes a long way. I'm hooked!

I received this as a gift with some of my favorite teas. The honey by itself has an amazing buttery texture and a sweet slightly fruity flavor, and is a great compliment to mild teas (Tranquil Dream, Green Tea Heaven, Chamomile, etc)

If you have not tried this tea, I encourage you to splurge. It is the most interesting-tasting honey, which comes from one single flower source in Hawaii. The white honey melts in your mouth or in your tea, with a cooling effect aftertaste. It's so smooth, you might think it's frosting! Doesn't crystallize. Perfect with Earl Grey Creme. You will not be disappointed - there is much bang for your buck.

This is by far the most incredible honey I have ever tasted. Delicate, and sweetly tropical in flavor. The texture is like firm butter, I recommend eating it by the spoonful if you have a cold or flu-bug. It helps d/t the special enzymes and other healthy anti-oxidants and good things. My Doctor said it was a great idea to have 2 tsp of hone per day for better health. If you're not fond of honey (as I was prior to my first taste of this honey), you will be a convert. It helps with my severe winter allergies, I have halved my sniffles and sneezing by just enjoying a tsp of this on a spoon twice a day. It is fabulous, Gourmet magazine gave it their top rating 2 years ago for the best tasting gourmet, raw organic honey on the market. Try it, you will never want another type again. while the honey is surely meant for the tea, this stuff is so yummy that I'll simply enjoy a spoonful of it every now and then. Even though this is a delicious little treat, it is quite expensive, though in this tea fanatic's opinion, it is worth every penny.

This is the best honey I've ever tasted. Very creamy and nothing at all like store bought brown honey. Tates WONDERFUL in your tea. You must try it! The only cons are that for an expensive price, you get a very small amount.

This honey might be on the expensive side, but if you are looking for something a bit exotic this is the best honey I have come across. I went to England a while back and found the joys of set honey, and this is the closest thing I have found that is the the States.

Smooth and silky, organic, low processed...tastes just like the scent of Hawaiian flowers. The delicate floral may change the flavor of tea. I nibble on it straight from the jar. My favorite honey of all time... it makes me happy.
