This honey is out of this world delicious! aside from using it as a sweetener for smoothies , tea etc. and also for dipping and drizzling on fruit as well as baking and cooking (aka the more common/normal honey uses) I eat this on its own. There is no other honey like it! It also soothes sore throats and coughing almost instantly --which is why I ate it alone in the first place --i had a horrible cough and cold and no lozenges in the house at 4 am so i figured id try the age old remedy of honey. lo and behold it was delicious and worked--little did i know i'd start to crave it as a snack! the only thing i dont love is that in the flute there is always a tiny bit of honey you cant get out but i guess thats always an issue with honey no matter what the casing.

I have the rock sugar and was looking for something a little more easy to blend with my teas. This honey is perfection! I tasted it straight out of the bottle and it is truly complex. It was bold, sweet, light and unique all in one taste. I added it to Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl tea and it was sheer heaven. Only very little is needed it get this honey's unique flavor, I used about 1/2 teaspoon in my Four Seasons Cast Iron pot, it holds 18oz of tea.
