This large teapot has a roundness reminiscent of the planet Saturn, thus the name. Made in Japan, it is wonderfully designed and makes great tea. Porcelain teapot has a beautiful glaze finish and stainless steel lid and strainer. Large size makes 48oz of tea.

I would buy this teapot again and again...and I have. I own several of them and have purchased them for a few good friends. It is a large pot that sits well over a flame...I actually cover it over a flame with a tea cozy, although I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so! In the years I've been using this pot over a flame, it has never cracked and keeps my tea hot for many hours while I work away in my office. I have many pots but this is my out and out favorite!

This tea pot is great the perfect size if you want to share with friends or you just like to drink a lot of tea. I would recommend getting a warmer the tea does not stay warm for very long in the teapot.
