This blend is fantastic! The health benefits of each of these teas on their own is great- but blended together- this tea is a health powerhouse! The brew is truly golden- and the aroma- intoxicating. It may seem expensive- but each of these teas can be brewed individually, and the blend itself can be steeped more than once. So you really are getting your money's worth- and honestly, you can't put a price on health and comfort, can you? Enjoy!

This tea blend is great, but if you want to save yourself the money, just get "Body and Mind". It's exactly the same thing, but cheaper because you're paying for only one tea instead of three.

You will always kick a cold to the curb with this blend. Also, add some Mate' Lemon Blast to the blend to give you a good kick. I felt like mutant that crawled from the sewer one morning when coming to work, so when I got there i made two cups and felt amazing the rest of the day. No cold meds!

i kept all three of the teas separate so that I could have the monkey picked oolong on its own. The others are great with so many of the other teas to try as well. Sometimes I like it more aromatic.. so i'll add a bit more jasmine other times i'm looking for the purest, clean taste and i'll focus with more silver needle.. or if I know a big meal is coming.. or already came.. i'll load up the monkey picked.. it's so easy to customize it any time! And it lasts for so long... using less tea per cup.. has been a money saver and it tastes more true to the leaf.
