Clean up your body with this detoxifying tea! By combining the detox effects of green tea, white tea and oolong tea, you get the best of all worlds. This tea blend is designed to clean the stuff you consume but probably shouldn't from your kidneys. From alcohol to fat from meals to controlling blood sugar, it is a great option in the mornings. It does have a touch of caffeine as well.   This is a blend of Silver Needle white tea, Gyokuro green tea and Monkey-picked Oolong. Also tastes great with a bit of Organic Peppermint tea mixed in.

This is a wonderful blend! I enjoy all of these teas on their own- but blended- the taste and health benefits are amplified! You must pay attention to the steeping instructions (I think a lot of the complaints about taste in any review for any of the teas on this site are due to lack of following directions, or not using proper equipment to know the exact temp of the water used to brew) This is worth the money- you are getting your money's worth. Each tea by itself can be steeped more than once and the blend itself can too. The health benefits and comfort this tea brings are priceless!

This tea is probably the healthiest and highest quality tea on the market. However, if you're not a tea connoisseur (and maybe even if you are), it's going to taste a bit too much like grass. If you add Strawberry Paraiso (white) or Utopian Jewel Oolong to the mix, however, it'll taste much better.

I was sooo excited to try this product however, I was let down. I also ordered Moroccan Mint and Samurai Chai which were very great! This detox tea is great when mixed with other teas, which can make it rather expensive. Otherwise if price isn't an issue, you like a mellow tea that is supposedly good for your health, it is a great buy!

I LOVE this tea! It is totally worth the money...who can put a price on health? I have an auto-immune disease that makes my joints hurt. Also, with that come a lot of meds. This blend makes my joints feel more lubicated, and the combo helps w/cleaning out my overly medicated system.
The store can customize the blend as well. I didn't have a lot of cash one day and the CSR offered another version: Body + Mind (4oz) w/Peppermint (2oz). I love that one as well and both can be reused 2-3x. Drink 2-3 cups a day, it changed my life! Thank you Teavana!

I wish that I had not spent so much money on this tea. It has no flavor. If I could exchange it for something with similar effects, but with flavor, I would gladly do that.

I added peppermint to this tea and what a great flavor! Helps settle an upset stomach. May be more economical to purchase the teas individually. The other benefit of purchasing the teas separately is combining them with other teas for different tastes. Also I can alter the taste of my tea by mixing the teas separately.

This tea is one that I recommend making as soon as you start to feel the symptoms of a cold or flu, before you end up with full blown aches, pains, stuffy nose, etc. The tea is soothing, relaxing and packed with vitamins to help boost the immune system. It's great with just a little bit of honey too! But I wouldn't sweeten it too much. It's perfect just the way it is.
