Comments about Teavana Silver Monkey Rare Tea Blend:
I have the teas at home, and blend them myself. I love the Silver needle and monkey picked together, but I also add the Gykuro Imperial to the mix for the ultimate tea.
I know there is already a blend called "liquid Gold" but to me- Silver needle, monkey picked oolong, and gykuro are the ultimate liquid gold!
I start by steeping (175) the silver needle and put my timer on 5 minutes, after 2 minutes I put in the Monkey picked, and when the timer reaches 45 secs, I throw in the Gykuro.
It's so worth it!

These are two fantastic teas by themselves, and blended together, they are even better. This blend has amazing health benefits, but it's mainly the sweet, smooth taste that I love. I make a large pot of this often, and always savor it. It may seem expensive, but like any very high quality tea, this can be steeped more than once. I find that I thoroughly enjoy 3 steepings of this tea, so this blend is actually well priced with that in mind. Sometimes I add one of Teavana's other high quality favs to this blend to mix it up a bit- I like Jasmine Dragon Pearls Green mixed in, or some Organic Peppermint Herbal, also the Gyokuro Imperial Green is nice. This blend is wonderful- and worth it!
