Comments about Teavana Perfect Paper Filters for Teapots:
I like the larger tea bag for my 16 oz travel mug. I'll fill the tea bag with 1 tsp of oolong tea, put the bag in the mug and then pour the hot water in. I use a spoon to push the bag down so that the whole bag (up to the opening) is wet. I then insert my spoon into the bag and "fluff up" my oolong tea leaves. Because the bag is bigger, it gives the leaves the opportunity to have some room and unfurl more naturally than cramped up in a smaller bag or tea ball. Then I use the spoon to push the opening of the tea bag to the inner side of the mug. Because the bag is wet, it "seals" it shut so the leaves don't fall or float out. I use the oolong leaves for multiple steepings (up to 4 times) and the bag holds up very well.

I love these tea bags. So easy to use. Unlike other reviewer I find the flavor comes through completely. I bought themto use with my Samurai Chai Mate and and White Tea Blend. The tea I make at home taste exactly as it tasted when I sampled it in the Teavana store. Delicious.

Comments about Teavana Perfect Paper Filters for Teapots:
I tried several teas with these, and then the same teas using my cast iron tea pot. I can tell you that for all traditional and scented teas, the flavor was 10 times better in the pot over these filters. I feel like the filters restrict flavor, and who knows what else they are restricting as far as health benefits. Don't go for the ease of use, take the time to brew your tea correctly.
