Had the product for a couple weeks. Used it almost everyday for lots of great cups of tea. I carefully cleaned it by hand everytime since the glass is very thin. While I was trying to clean out leaves from the filter slits I dropped it less than 1 inch into our sink and the edge cracked and shattered. Be very careful as even the smallest drop might break it.

Very nice tea pot: functional and stylish. I love to watch tea opening up through the glass. However, it's way too fragile: I owned it for only about a week and the infuser is already cracked in multiple places! I've been very careful with it so it cannot be from my handling. I did use the dishwasher to clean it but it's supposed to be top load safe according to the instructions. Anyways, to make the matters worse, I can't find replacement infuser for it anywhere. What a shame.

This teapot is great! I love the way that it holds more than one cup of tea and you can fill it to the top without worrying about it coming out of the spout. I highly recommend this teapot for anyone that enjoys a nice cup of tea!!
