My dad got this for me for Christmas and i absolutely love it!!!!! Its so easy to use and clean. my tea looks so beautiful while its brewing and its just really pretty to show off your tea in. I would recommend this to anybody!!!

I have owned this teapot for over a year now, and I am very impressed with how it has held up. I use it nearly every day. Previously, I owned two of the cast iron teapots from teavana and this teapot is by far more functional in an everyday setting. With this teapot, you can monitor the color and quality of the tea as you steep it. Not possible with the iron ones. In addition, this teapot allows the tea leaves to completely unfurl and steep through the whole pot of water, not crowded and trapped in an infusing cage like the iron ones. I dont like my tea caged! I didnt expect this teapot to last this long, but its a great item. I wish I would have bought this teapot before spending so much money on the cast iron ones.

I use this teapot every day!! It is beautiful to see the tea brew in it. I use EVERY type of teas in it. The blooming teas looks so pretty! I was worried that it would be too fragile and it is quite sturdy! It's a perfect size to for me to make myself my large teas (I use 16oz clear glass mugs), however I can do more for other people. I can do two 16oz mugs or 3-4 smaller mugs so it's fine for a few people. I love the filter system. My only complaint is that I have had it for a few months now and I can see that there is a little rust developing, however, I heard you can buy replacements. I LOVE this teapot and recommend it over and over again.

Love the little tea pot, but while cleaning the lid/strainer the strainer broke off at the point where it was spot welded to the bottom of the lid. That was two days ago and we've not heard back from Teavana other than an email thanking us for the message and they'd get back to us in 12-24 hours...crickets. Suggest maybe a screw attaching the lid to the strainer instead of a simple spot weld.

This is the exact teapot I've been looking for. I don't like the little infuser baskets because the holes are often too big and I don't like how it steeps. This teapot allows the tea to float around and steep away. When you pour the tea, a fine mesh screen filters out all of the tea parts. I also love that you can make one cup or several in one pot that isn't too big or too small.

Granted, if you want to pull the loose tea out of the water after a specific steeping time, you will need to pour out all of the steeped tea into cups. Trying to get the floating tea out would be next to impossible.

I love the way you can make either 1 cup or 4 with this pretty glass pot. I have a cast iron pot also but I use this one during the week when I don't have time to drink a whole pot. It's very easy to use and I never get any leaf residue in my cup. It's also very easy to clean and seems like it is also very durable. I love it!

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to with this teapot. I can't emphasize enough how easy to use and clean it is! In the past I have refused to use tea leaves, etc because of the steps involved. However, this makes it easy. I have an electric tea kettle that heats up water. I turn on the kettle, get dressed and ready for my day. Then I put the tea in my wonderful little teapot. It steeps perfectly while I'm heating my morning bagel or muffin. Giving as Christmas gifts this year!

I love that I can judge the steeping time by the color of the tea. It makes enough for my morning tea but also provides enough for my husband and I to share a pot in the evening. LOVE that I can steep AND pour from the same pot.

I've owned this teapot for over a year. I use it daily and have never had an issue. It cleans beautifully. and holds 2-3 mugs worth of tea. I would certainly buy this pot again. IT is well worth the money!

This is my favorite teapot - I just started drinking loose black tea and it is easy with this teapot - you can see how far along the tea is steeping. Also it is easy to clean - I discovered that you can unscrew the screen if you need to clean it.

Tip - A little bleach and water can clean the glass portion. And I am pretty sure something like oxiclean will unstain the metal part.

I LOVE this little teapot! Its a perfect size - holds enough for 2 cups worth of tea (just in case you need a bigger nudge off to comfort and happiness at the end of your day).
The screen screen works very well in keeping tea leaves out of your cup. However, the tea leaves have a tendancy to get stuck in the screen - nothing a little attention under running water cant fix...
Overall this teapot has renewed my love for tea!

Granted, I have not had this very long but so far I am really pleased. I have used it 3 or 4 times a day so far and each pot has been excellent. It is a handy size and very light weight without feeling so fragile that I am afraid of using it often.
